To Whom It May Concern: In response to your lettet dated August 30, 2016, please be advise that Mr [redacted] came in as apatient for dental treatment on /20/16, //16, /28/16, 8/11/ Exam, x-rays, cleaning were performed, the exams foindings were explained to patient, and hewas scheduled for treatment of removing the decay and placing fillings After the fillings were done ptcomplained of pain/discomfort, came back in, adjustments weremade on the filling of the toothPatient was notified, that there is always a change ofpain/disconfort/complications with any treatmemt such as: (if the decay in the tooth is toodeep the tooth might need a root canal), but if there is not infection root canal is not thepriority treatment.Patient was reffered for a consultation with a specialist to check if root canal is needed.Unfortunately the insurance does not cover root canals, of which patient was advised. Please let me know if you have any other questions

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
1- When I went to the Clinic for examination I had the initial X-ray and the doctor told me I have these minor decays on the X-ray and and if I want it to be removed I need to schedule another appointment but he didn't tell me anything about the decays could be deep or that I have any never infection
2- There was no adjustment done to the filing and no treatment were done, they only did the X-ray and they found out the problem was from the filing that now there is gap between the tooth and nerve which makes the pain, and they said we don't do Root Canal and I have to see another doctor for it
And I request them to provide the initial X-ray before the filing was done and the X-ray after I complained about the filing
Here is the facts of what happened exactly:
When I went to the Clinic for examination I had the initial X-ray and the doctor said I have these decays and it need to be removed and they didn't tell me anything about the decay could be deep or that I have never infection so I need to have root canal, So after the filing was done I started to feel the continuous pain, I called the EZ Dental Clinic on August 8th, and they scheduled appointment on August 11th, to check the filling and they told me if the problem because of their work they will fix it, So I went to the EZ Dental Clinic and they checked the filling and did X-ray on the filling and the result was that the doctor did the filing wrong and there is a gap between the nerve and the teeth and they said I need to have Root Canal and they said if the pain continue go and see a specialist that they gave me his information
So I completely reject their response they didn't treat me or fix the problem that they caused to me and they are responsible for it and should solve it.
Sincerely,*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:
In response to your letter dated September 13, 2016, please be advise that Mr*** is alwayswelcome to come back, we can check the filling again, try to it if possible. There is always the risk of small decay being deep and if too close to the nerve, can cause temporarypain/discomfort or might require a root canal treatment
