A total misrepresentation
My wife and I hired this company on December 28, 2018 to get us out of timeshare at Sapphire Resorts. After numerous documents they said we had to execute nothing happened. Two years later the contract expired and we are no closer to getting out of timeshare than we were two years ago. Now the owner Dan Cook does not return calls. He and his staff have been told we want the $5,109.00 returned to us per the contract. We paid $6,109.00 by bank check on December 28,2018 and the contract states if they cannot get us out of the timeshare they keep $1,000.00 and the rest is IMMEDIATELY refunded. It is now January 8,2021 and they completely ignore our letters, emails, faxes and phone calls. Our next step it to contact the Attorney General’s office in Texas, consumer fraud division. Also the FBI for interstate commerce. The owner is not to be believed. He is definitely not a man to be trusted.

Not So Easy with EZ Exit Now
I entered into a contract with this company in summer of 2019 (one year and a half ago). I was told that they were ready to send a package to Stonebridge Condo with others to terminate my contract with this timeshare. After six months, nothing happened and I was told that it takes time and that the contract stated they have up to 2 years - TRUE. In December of 2019, I told them that I found someone to purchase my unit (I was giving it away from free). The refused to terminate the contract with them and refund my money. However, they would perform the transfer with Stonebridge and pay for the transfer title fees. All the paperwork was completed in Feb and Mar 2020 for a simple transfer of property. A myriad of mistakes by EZ exit delayed and delayed the transfer. In Aug I was told it was almost done and they sent the check and contract to Stonebridge. They sent it to the wrong address with wrong payment. I was told in Sep it would be immediately correct -NOT. Nov told almost done and they would send the check. It's now Dec and they have not sent the paperwork or check despite promises. My name is Dave Lane and anyone can reach me at [email protected]t. Next steps are to complain to the BBB who rated them so high. I believe there are a scam. I dare them to prove me wrong.

I called EZ Exit Now after my husband and I bought a timeshare last year. We hired our attorney to get us out in April. He told us in January that he couldn’t help us get out. I did research online and chose EZ Exit Now based on reviews. We are already out of our timeshare and it’s only been 3 months! Don’t believe your resort company when they tell you Exit companies are scams, the timeshare is the real scam.

I am happy to report that I just got off the phone with *** *** I am also happy to report that Mr***'s timeshare cancellation is almost complete in near record time Please understand that we do not buy timeshares we cancel timeshares through our lawyers and legal team
Mr*** now understands that he is almost time share free. Mr*** has agreed to write a positive review to the Revdex.com in celebration of his timeshare cancellation. We look at this situation as a learning experience on how we can communicate better in the future and we thank Mr*** for his business and his patients. Sincerely

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. However, the business (Easy Exit Now) have only fulfilled half of the promises that they have given to me thus far

My timeshare company said they had a program that would get us out of our timeshare. After 3 years of promises and going back and forth with paperwork through my resort with no resolution ever happening, I finally was forced to hire an exit company to help. EZ Exit Now made them finally let us out! Thank you EZ Exit Now.

This  office and myself have called and called Mr. [redacted]. There is no voice mail at [redacted] We would have liked to have spoken to Mr. [redacted] before responding to this complaint. That is why there was a delay in responding. I  apologize for any problems this may have caused....

 It is our highest Priority to see that all of our clients are satisfied. We will do what ever it takes to make sure that Mr [redacted] is satisfied and taken care of.

If the reviewer above is referring to me (Dave Lane), no one has called me nor has the phone rang. We do have voice mail and there are no messages. I was told a check would be immediately sent to Stonebridge 4 weeks ago, then 3 weeks ago and last week. Stonebridge has informed me today (23Dec20) that they are not in receipt of anything and can't move forward until they do. Weekly emails have been sent to your customer service department.
