This letter is in reference to ID of [redacted] on the Infiniti GJNITV54E76M705038, When [redacted] left our dealership on the date of purchase the vehicle was fineThen a couple of days later he came back and advised us the fuel gauge was not workingWe then let him borrow a vehicle so that we can have the vehicle checked, We changed the fuel pump thinking this would be correctedThe customer came back in a few days again stating the fuel gauge was not .workingSo we changed the fuel pump again [redacted] came back a third timeWe took it over to the mechanic and he advise us that possibly the cluster gauge needs to be replacedThe customer came we advised him we have the part and will put it in, the mechanic is working on it this process takes time to fix [redacted] admitted over reacting about the situation and he ended up taking the vehicle he stated that a mechanic the he knew will take a look at It and possibly put the part in for him as he was leaving out lot he crashed the vehicle (see attached pic)We no longer heard from him and have called him to see what he wants to do about fixing the car but we have not received a responseWe have been more then helpful to [redacted] we paid his gas receipts for the loner cars, and have done all that we possible can make our customer happy

I am rejecting this response because:
First off I never over reacted. I had notified EZ finance the next day from purchased about the problems and they promised to fix all the problems but never did those 3 times I brought it in. And to find out the one of the problems that I kept telling them about which was a noise coming from underneath the car was not the heat shield which They claimed they fixed but didn't was actually the catalyst converter which would of never passed smog which they claim it did. They had 3 weeks of my car being at the dealer to fix the gas guage problem they never kept me updated on anything going on with they car being fixed just kept telling me that it will be ready the next day to find out when I went back to see where was my car since none of them would tell me ended up being even more worst shape with the cluster completely not functional I still can't see how much gas I have or the temperature of the engine. Also I have not received my tags for the car or registration for the car which I had payed for the day of purchase. I have never said that I was going to have someone fix it. The dealer should be the one to fix all the problems especially since there made it worst. I am completely not a happy customer with EZ finance they sold me a car with nothing but problems and I honestly think I should get my money back and return the car. If I don't this resolve I'm just going to take this to DMV for illegally smogged.
