The installation was successfully completed this morning.
The service charge was $183.50.
Therefore the disputed amount is actually $614.50
      -$431 for the replacement part
      -$183.50 for installation
Please make my complaint letter to EZ Fitness reflect this newly revised amount.
Please let me know if you require any further information.

[redacted] has written a response against Ez Fitness Sales and I would like to settle this as I have multiple emails stating that we were in correspondence via email. Customer purchased on 06/28/2014 and it simply states on our website to allow 3-4 weeks for transit time. Within a week and a half we receive a complaint on the Revdex.com site stating that product has not arrived and that we have not been in correspondence with the customer. Customer emailed me on 07/11/14 stating “I thought I ordered one from you a few weeks ago and paid by credit card, but I have heard nothing since. Can you confirm? On July 13th we responded and have been in full communication with customer since. I have never spoken with [redacted] over the phone and have never received any messages from [redacted] other than via email. Customer had also took the extra step by calling the credit card company and disputing his card when all along we were in communication on when the item was shipping. During the 3-4 weeks customer never mentioned to me that he opened up a dispute and contacted the Revdex.com knowing that he was still getting his equipment without payment seeing how he filed a charge back on his credit card (I have email correspondence to prove). We then caught the dispute and now the machine is sitting in the terminal as we will not deliver the unit until case is closed. Customer has agreed to provide an additional credit card to complete the purchase as of yesterday so that in its self shows that the customer is interested and wants the equipment and that there clearly was some miscommunication and this claim should have never been filed. If this claim can be removed that would be greatly appreciated. If you need further information from me please feel free to contact me.
