EZ Floor Heat

Review: I purchased a dual voltage programmable thermostat (Order # [redacted]) on 12/17/13 for $160.14. The thermostat was defective. I ordered replacement with an order # [redacted]and received it on 1/17/14. I also received a return label for defective thermostat and sent it back. They then charged me for another thermostat and never gave me credit for the returned one. I talked to Tom on several occasions at ###-###-#### and he told me that they did receive my return and it was overlooked that they did not send me a refund. again talked to [redacted] on 2/21/14 at 9:27 AM and he told me again they must have missed it and my refund would be on my credit card in March. Again I have received my statement with no credit. I have tried to Fax my complaint to them but the number ###-###-#### is not in service. I have tried for 3 months to get this corrected with no luck. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
