After I submitted the review on 08/22/2017, for the slab leaking job by EZ Flow Plumbing on 07/11, 2017, owner Scott *** called me and apologized for the negative experience I had with the company, and offer to refund what they charged or redo the job, I refused both I didn't want not to pay, redoing will be too much hassle, then Scott offer to give me a year warranty, which I accepted The process shows that he really is concerned about the job his employees do, stand behind it, and want to make sure that the customer is satisfied, whatever remedy is necessary From a consumer's standpoint, I think that is a very positive way in operating a business I'll probably us EX Flow again

Richard did a very professional job on a complicated and back-breaking gas line repair for our fire pitHe was able to tunnel beneath our flagstone patio and replace a leaking, totally worn-out and dangerous gas lineThe entire operation represents an upgrade to our propertyRichard took his time and did a masterful job and was extremely neat, completely restoring our flower bed and lawn, while preserving extensive underground irritation and electricalCouldn’t be happier!
