Where to even start with this apartment complex, when their website says "award winning Power Ranch community" what that means is, that they share a green belt with Power Ranch, it does not entitle you to any of Power Ranch amenitiesThere are bugs everywhere, our entire apartment corridor was infested with Black Widows, there were tons of cobwebs up for the last months we lived thereIn the months that we lived there, one of our vehicles was stolen, and when we contacted the front office asking to see the video footage they told us that the cameras "were down", fast forward months later, another vehicle was broken into and again when asked to see footage they admitted that they only had cameras near the officePainted Trails lies about having security cameras on the property, when really all they are worried about is their officeIt took police reports to get out our lease earlyWe had an issue with a referral worth $(trust us, we've also apologized to our friends profusely for the referral) when moving out that still hasn't been resolvedKaitlyn assured that Cheryl would call, but that has never happenedSave yourself time and trouble and look at the *** *** properties down the roadSame price point, nicer amenities and well maintained properties
Horrible apartment comple since new ownership and new management! Dog poop all over the place, even though they supposedly have hired a porter to pick up the poop. This porter is usually given other jobs, other than cleaning the dog poop. Sidewalks are broken and don't get fixed which is dangerous. There have been shootings, and multiple thefts in this complex in the last two years. New Management staff have no idea what's going on throughout the complex and rely on the tenants to spy on each other and then report back. They charge you incorrect rent, even though you have a lease that says otherwise; Don't ever disagree with the office manager because then you will be put on the "B" list; Office staff changes frequently due to management issues and money is the bottom line with RK properties. They have the property and apartments (if you call) sprayed for bugs, etc. on a weekly basis, yet there are [redacted] roaches running around all over the place, both inside and out, despite being sprayed. They have a breed restriction list for dogs, but then if they like you, they will let you bring a breed restricted dog in, or, you can tell them your breed restricted dog is another breed, and they will believe you due to ignorance of not knowing what their own restricted breeds look like. The only thing good about this apartment is the great maintenance staff who do a fabulous job. Wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
