Actually the person who wrote the review about the overcharging the Arizona tea is wrong. That person should know that a business can sell the item ant any price once they buy to sell it to the customers.
You can not force or blaim them for overcharging. If they are telling that it is a 99 cents item and they are charging 1.25 then it's wrong. But they told me upfront that they sell this one at 1.25 because they can not afford to sell at 1 dollar since the manufacturer price has gone up so many times in last 2 years and they do not change the labels of 99 cents from the bottle. You need to understand that 99 cents is a suggestd retail price not a mandatory retail price.
I think there is no law that forces a business to sell at certain price.
I will be happy to know if any law exists regarding this so I can talk to them otherwise the explanation given to me was satisfactory and they were very nice to me
