August 10, 2018 sales person, Michelle N R/Michelle S came to my house and misrepresented herself as the owner of the company...
I called the company after services were not delivered and many calls not returned, finally was able to get a hold of them and spoke with Terry Turner the office manager who then said that the sales person was not the owner and knew of her fraudulent promises and pressure tactics but did not want to do anything about it. So I requested a full refund and was told I would receive an email. I then had to contact them again when no email came. Finally I went to their physical addresses which are just cover up fronts for their business. Today I received email, sent back to them and awaiting word. I then reported them to the sheriff's department. The supposed owner Gerald P has several different alias. And my check was deposited with no signature to an account at a*** bank.
I am looking for a full refund from this company no later than 10/14/18.

I was waiting for my refund check to clear in the amount of $4000.00. The bank had a 30 day hold on it. The check was issued on Oct. 15th. Apparently getting the police involved convinced this 'company' to do the right thing.

They fixed our roof after the storm. They did a good job and they helped us with our insurance claim. We referred them to several neighbors because the guys wereon time, I cleaned up after themselves and we were satisfied with the work.

I paid a $150 deposit the contract does not say that it is nonrefundable however they refuse to give me my money back.
I paid a deposit in the amount of $150 for removal of my popcorn ceiling. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my father getting ill and then finally selling our home we did not end up needing the work done. I never scheduled for the work to be done. I am not trying to recover my deposit and having no luck. The contract does not say nonrefundable...They did not do any work! Why would they keep the deposit?
