Working just fine! I purchased EZink and was excited that it was saving me so much money. My wife installed the B (with EZink) and Y (with "Genuine Epson" 127) cartridges today... Dun dun dun.. foreboding music. Sorry dear. Well the whole thing went to (beep).
The error when I arrived home was "Replace yellow blah blah" I switched it out with the old cartridge, then tried the new cartridge, tried to trick the dang machine by removing all the cartridges, installing the Y first (it was recognized) and then asked for the other 3 (B, M, C) but once they were all in...same junk..."replace Y" I went to FAQ's on EZink, FAQ's on Epson WF-3520, changed advanced printer settings, cursed at the printer... I even, admittedly, got rough with the poor thing. Finally called EPSON and when I was tired of the good 'ol ID10T questions... along with the "are you using Genuine Epson" question, which truthfully, I was (at least with the Y - the one giving me a coronary). And I honestly thought they had programmed their update to recognize a 3rd party cartridge and cause the printer to just lockup on this error... Conspiracy? No... I told the tech I had another cartridge... "Is it a Genuine Epson?" He asked. "Yes, it sure is." I lied... It was an EZink... I put the EZink Yellow 127 cartridge in and VOI-freakin-LA. Printer happy.. wife happy (sorry dear) and EPSON is sending me a free "Genuine Epson" cartridge. So... If you have an EZink cartridge and your printer goofs up; Don't jump to conclusions! Its probably the dang Epson stuff that is causing the problem.

Review: I have a Canon Maxify MB2320 printer. I bought replacement ink from E-Z Ink on [redacted] which said it was compatible with my printer. See [redacted]. I had to turn if off and on each time I wanted to print. So I was going to remove the off-brand ink cartridges and install Canon cartridges, but when I open the door, the printer head does not move to the replacement area and the screen displays "The front cover is open. Close the cover". Now there is no way to get the cartridges out of the printer without breaking the printer. They want their cartridges back before they will reimburse. I posted my problem on a Canon forum and no one is able to solve this problem of removing the cartridges. I believe they owe me for the cartridges ($39.69) and the printer ($107.99) for a total of $147.68. I sent them the receipts and asked them to call or contact me and they have not done so. Their advertizing said the cartridges were compatible, but they broke my printer.Desired Settlement: Payment of $147.68 for printer and cartridges.

Review: record number [redacted] messed up my priner it was 150 vaule the ink I put in from this company was supposed to be affordable for my 6510 printer but the cartidges jammed my printer and would not u jam not it is permantly broke and uselessDesired Settlement: refund and a check of the retail vaule of my printer

[redacted] purchased a set of ink cartridges from us via Ebay on August **, 2013. The order was shipped and delivered on August **. On August **, he had contacted us on Ebay and stated that the ink “broke” his printer. We have sold thousands of these cartridges over the years, and we use these cartridges in our offices every day. We have never had reports of cartridges doing any damage to printers. A printer may jam for many different reasons, and you cannot simply attribute a printer jam to be the fault of our cartridges. Whenever our buyers experience an issue with a product, we generally offer a full refund or a replacement product. In [redacted]’s case, we went ahead and provided a FULL refund for the purchase on August **th.

[redacted] also states that we sold him “fake” ink. On the Ebay page, it is clearly stated that these cartridges are Seller Refurbished and are NOT brand new cartridges. We are exclusively a non-OEM Remanufactured Ink Cartridge manufacturer and distributor. We follow all rules and regulations of both the Ebay Marketplace and the USITC for listing and selling Refurbished products, and have outstanding ratings for products and customer service.

On the Ebay Marketplace where this purchase took place, what [redacted] is demanding is considered against policy. A buyer may not, for any reason, demand additional goods or services that are not part of the original transaction. The original transaction was for (4) cartridges priced at $12.50. The $12.50 has already been refunded to [redacted].

Review: I purchased 4 black ink cartridges for my cannon printer in june...I bought them in advance of use to have them on hand..when I went to use them all 4 cartridges were empty. I was able to print 2 pages on the first cartridge and nothing on the other 3...I c ontacted the company on august [redacted] and was told the warreanty was over..they refused to do anything about the issue..aksing .for a replacement I was hung up on and told to have a nice day. I called back asking for a supervisor or a corporate number and was hung up on again. I dont feel that I should have paid cartridges that had no ink.I was just asking for replacementDesired Settlement: very unprofessional to hang up on a customer, sell defective products, refuse to give you their name or supervisor..wish to either recieve filled ink cartridges or my money back. I can understand that this could have been faulty products, im just asking to recieve what I paid for. also a little respect for the customer would be appreciated....

Review: I first contacted this place about a cartridge that only printed blue...though it was black. They said it was past the 60 day return policy. Mind you, this is a 4 pack of black ink, which very few would consume in a 60 day period. A second cartridge did the same thing.... They didn't care. Now the final one was put in...since I needed something other than blue colored ink...and it put the printer into Error Mode. It will only go out of Error Mode if I take out the new cartridge.

I told them I'd be happy to order from them again, and even refer them to others, if they fixed the issue. They showed no interest whatsoever in my future business. That is short-sighted customer service.Desired Settlement: Give me my $13.85 back, or at least 3/4 of it. It's only fair.

Review: I purchased two printer ink cartridges, one a XL black and the other a XL color, for $6.50 with free shipping. Seller stated in item description that the yield for these cartridges was, "Black: 825 pages per cartridge, Tri-color: 190 pages per color". This statement was in fact completely inaccurate. In less than two months, which was less than 20 pages, I started experiencing issues with the black cartridge which quit printing entirely and so I contacted the seller to inquire as to the product warranty. I was told to try several troubleshooting techniques (ie cleaning cartridges, resetting printer etc). I performed these tasks and the problems persisted. I was then instructed by the seller to return the cartridge for a refund. I asked several times if I should return both cartridges and was told no, only return the faulty cartridge. I did as such at a cost of $4 (postage & packaging) and upon delivery to the seller I had to message them several times concerning when I would receive my refund. Finally, a week after delivery, I received a partial refund of only $3.25 which is half of what I was led to believe I would receive and was not even enough to cover my costs of returning the defective item. I would also like to add that said "refund" was sent as a PayPal payment and as a result I was charged a fee, so I technically only received $2.86. I returned their so-called "refund" and informed them it was not sufficient as I was led to believe I would receive a full refund. The seller then started claiming they could not issue a full refund because I did not return both cartridges, that I was outside the time frame to return the product and a number of other excuses until they finally quit replying at all which was over a week ago. I am now experiencing the same problems with the color cartridge, which gets far lesser use than the black.

In the meantime I am out the original $6.50 for purchasing these useless cartridges, and $4 to return one to the seller who will likely refill it to sell again. I also had to purchase cartridges elsewhere so I can continue to print shipping labels.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $6.50 for the original purchase price and $4 for return shipping of the black cartridge they already received. This would total $10.50.

IF the seller wants the remaining defective color cartridge returned, I will be happy to do so at their expense, which will be an additional $4 return shipping for the color cartridge. This would total $14.50.

I request this refund to be sent as a PayPal GIFT as I should NOT have to pay fees to receive said refund.
