As per our phone conversation in regards to Mrs. [redacted] complaint. The insurance quote was for her daughter [redacted] whom we reviewed her quote a few times because her driving record information caused the price to change. Once we explained why the price difference and she agreed on moving forward with the quote we advised her ([redacted]) that the payment plan would be set up on a EFT payment plan and that will need her bank routing number and her bank checking account which she provided to us. We asked if she was the account holder and she said she was only to find out after the fact that it was not her account but her mother’s account [redacted] [redacted]. In the process we were notified that they found something cheaper and that they did not want our insurance after all. We explained what the cancellation process was and what was needed to request a flat cancellation so she gets all of her money back. I processed her cancellation request with [redacted] @ Nationwide who confirmed she would be getting a full refund of $121.23. The process could take up to 2 weeks and I communicated this with Mrs. [redacted] and [redacted]. Today I called billing and spoke to [redacted] who confirmed the check was sent out on 8/10/15 in the amount of $121.23 and gave me reference # [redacted]. Review: They have charged my bank account for auto insurance even though I never agreed to the quote they gave me. I told them "no" and went with a different auto insurance companyDesired Settlement: I want my money back. Plus interest and compensation for time away from my job in order to handle this problem. And I want this company to answer to their authority... They had no right to take my money.
