The customer spoke with Garage Experts corporate headquarters and were given specific instructions on how to resolve their issues After I had consulted with Technical Director as well as other staff at Garage Experts corporate office, I had confirmed the details on how to fix the problems that the ***'s are speaking of Per the text messages that are attached, *** has refused to allow me, *** ***, to come back to resolve any issues They have requested someone else with more experience come back to fix the issues with the floor However, they were specifically told by Garage Experts corporate staff that I did have the knowledge on how to fix the issue with the floors The problem lies in that *** has repeatedly refused and was very adamant that I not use the crack fill product ever again at their house I told *** when I returned the first time that some cracks had been filled and other had not been filled The areas that were"gooey" would need to be cut out and redone She continued to refuse to allow me to use the crack fill product This product dries clear and no other product like this is available Because she has refused to allow me to use the crack fill product again, which is what Garage Experts Corporate staff has recommended, the crack remain unfilled in some areas and a few are still"gooey"Since I am the franchise owner, the ***'s only option to resolve their issues with the flooring is to allow me to return to fix them Garage Experts corporate office is not going to send someone from the corporate office in California just to fix an issue with one customers floor, because they have an issue with the franchise ownerAs you can see in the attached copy of the text messages from ***, she has been very rude in her comments to me and she has let me know "that I work for her and I am to do what she wants me to do" None if this would have happened if she would have allowed myself and my staff to do what we knew needed to be done to fix any problems that she had with the floor*** has also accused us of making drip stains on her patio with *** However, the stains that were there were grease and/or oil type stains that were not removed by using heavy degreasers *** does not leave a grease and/or oil type stain in the concrete The only other liquid products that we used at her property were grey epoxy and two different versions of clear topcoats All of these products will dry and adhere to the concrete leaving a visible solid surface on the concrete. However, in an effort to appease ***, I agreed to clean the entire patio When one of my staff was cleaning the patio with degreaser, *** stood over him the entire time making rude comments as well as telling him how to do his job Since the degreaser did not remove the stain, we begin to use our Eco-Profiler concrete cleaner *** then advised me to"just clean the spots and not the entire patio" I advised her that if I did that it would leave noticeable spots in the concrete as some areas would be really clean and other areas would still be stained with red clay mud She insisted that we only clean up the spots "of ***" that we had left behind I cleaned the spots as she insisted and left the rest of the patio as it wasThe ***'s have been provided with options to have their issues resolved, but have refused to accept any of those options They have requested that Garage Experts send someone from the corporate headquarters to fix the issues with the floor This request has been denied and they have refused to allow me to return The problem can be fixed if they will allow me to return and use the recommend products to resolve the issues
