explanation.I have all communication messages saved on my Google voice account to prove the communication thatMr*** receivedI always have to ask who he is because he never includes his name in his message.He assumes I know his number, I guessIt is a business line; I don't.In response to his demand, and as I have already explained to him, I met with Mr*** several timeswhile he choose a roomHe was given the application and lease in advance to reviewThe third time wemet he chose the room he wanted and told me he wanted to secure itI told him that if he wanted tocontract the room he needed to bring me his security deposit of $and his application and lease andput it in my office drop boxHe did thatI then met with him a 4th time and gave him a move in envelopewhich included a welcome letter, a parking pass, a list of house rules and his keys to the house androomThe envelope also DID include his copy of lease contractI left him in his room, in the house,with his girlfriend and told him he was set and could move in anytimeHe then thanked me and shookmy hand.Then two weeks later and after school had started so I could no longer rent the room to anyone else hetold me he changed his mind and no longer wanted the roomI informed him that he paid for it and tookthe keys, locked the room and it was hisHe stated that he did not get a copy of his leaseI told him itwas in his envelopeHe said he had traded envelopes with a roommate, they thought they had roomnumbers mixed up, or he had locked it in his roomI told him it was there and to go get itWhen Ireceived this notice I went over to the house and found it in the envelope he had traded still sitting on thedesk.Furthermore, I have explained to him that he not only does not get his deposit back, but he is currently inbreach of contract for nonpayment of rent and will either be taken to small claims court or collections.Sincerely,Natalie T***EZ Living Property Management
