Ill cut this right to the point. Prior to payment we agree on an amount and project to be completed in timely manner. Prior to payment response was great even though they are from India. There business location says California. Once payment was submitted days turn in weeks over 3 to be exact and still nothing except broken excuses why they did not start. At this point I just needed a refund since nothing was done - ZERO!. They said no problem will have it done Monday since its the weekend. I waited nothing. Monday turn into Tuesday then Friday I texted them strange number but we had communicated this way also. His response sorry he was ill I was compassionate *** said I understand. Then emails said we will refund 24/48 hours. Well that did not happen also. So I open a case with PayPal and when they saw that they told me its pending and they could not refund which is a lie. Because I also use PayPal and cases or not the seller could always close case and do refund right away so I know they were in PayPal and saw it could have just closed the case by refunded but more excuses and still one month since payment I have not got nothing and not been refunded. BEWARE!!. Thank you for reading my review. I am about to take it up with my credit card company next.... Sorry so long of a message I will update with emails from company soon so you can see there excuses and broken promises.
I have worked with EZMarketingTech for 4 years. It has been a very fruitful relationship. I have been consistently impressed with their clear communication, timely responses to my emails or calls, the impressive SEO results they deliver, and their thorough knowledge of the world of SEO. I highly recommend them.
From what I can tell our SEO has improved thanks to these guys. They did what they said they were going to do. I of course was hoping for more, but that is just unreal thoughts.
SEO firm was ineffective and after four months of little results, asked for a full refund. Poor results and turnover were reasons given.
Firm was selected to increase traffic to website and increase sales correspondingly.
Campaign began in July 2018 and I terminated it after four months. Asked for a refund due to: 1) Lack of understanding of my business. The firm uses foreign based writers to post copy on other sites. Copy was poorly written and I was not given opportunity to approve as I was told, 2) Foreign based staff work in a boiler room operation and difficult to work with, 3) Turnover with project staff after a couple months with a poor hand off of my account to new rep, 4) Reports showed some key word ranking increase but no tangible results whatsover, 5) Difficulty with the foreign firm's US based third-party billing company. Was billed early and double billed one month (corrected after reported),and 6) Promise by Senior Project Manager to review lack of progress and be on a follow up phone call. Regular rep was on the call but the Senior Manager was a no-show showing a lack of concern.
Asked for a refund but was only encouraged to keep sending money which was a non-starter for some type of negotiated agreement regarding separation.
Still desire full refund as their were many missteps on their part and no tangible results that provided any return on investment.
I filed a complaint against EZMarketing Tech regarding problems I encountered including a request for a refund. The ***.
The company worked with me to resolve the issue by providing a refund and I have no further issues and wish to close the case.

After writing a negative review about EZ Marketing Tech after some very bad experiences with the company, Their senior manager *** sent harassing and threatening e-mails.
Here is one such e-mail threatening and putting a 24 hour notice on their black mail attempt

The business just tried to turn the issue around on me with this response. He further brought up information that I posted personally on another site.
The Business EZ Tech Marketing just completely FAILED to explain How They resolved the issue with me.
This should of course be properly documented.
To Whomsoever It May Concern
This is in reference to the complaint, filled by Mr. ***, here on Revdex.com in relation to 'harassing and threatening nature of emails' received by him from EZ Marketing Tech. Following is a summary of the series of events, that have transpired over the last few weeks.
1. A client of ours did not like the content we shared with him, for the marketing campaign we were running for his business. The feedback was well received and a revised post was shared with him. The client unfortunately was still not happy with the revised set, and requested a full refund on the amount paid to us.
2. We acknowledged the request and refunded 50% of the payment, considering several man hours had already been put in by our team towards the marketing campaign. We did however share a detailed list of activities completed by us, but there was a disagreement between us and the client on the amount of work done. The client countered by requesting a refund of 80% (of the amount paid to EZMT).
3. Mr., who was helping our client with his marketing campaign in the capacity of a consultant, wrote a review on Ripoff report about the same. We reached out to our client on 06/20/2018 and then again on 06/25/2018, but got no response from him.
4. We followed up a second time via email on 06/27/2018 requesting the client to have his marketing consultant Mr. take down the review and also mentioned that any further delays would force us to share our experience working with them online. This email was incorrectly taken as a threat by Mr. and he filed a complaint here with Revdex.com around the same. We subsequently clarified the meaning behind our email to our client as well as Mr., and even went ahead and offered an unconditional apology to them both for any miscommunication.
5. We received a reply from our client on 06/28/2018 seeking more clarification regarding the work we had done, in addition to the content we wrote. We promptly responded to his request but he still insisted on a 80% refund. The remaining 30% amount (in addition to the original 50% refunded) was immediately issued to him on 06/29.
6. Upon the receipt of the final refund, Mr. posted a response on the Ripoff report, stating that the issue between both the companies has been amicably resolved and that he is happy with the work done by the manager, *** in resolving the issue. Additionally, Mr. also went ahead and removed all the negative reviews posted by him on Youtube/Yelp/Google Business and replaced them with positive ones.
