HiWe are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused to Mr *** *** .We value our customers and their feedback . Mr *** bought the USB charger and came back and started asking for money back The sales person asked the reason but he insisted on asking about refund The
sales person offered to exchange it or replace it with whatever he likes but he started using bad words in front of the other customer .He used abusive language for the sales person and threatened him to file case against the store .we have never received any complaints from any customer in past We always care for our customer .As a courtsey if Mr *** wants ,he can come back to the store and get his money back but he has to make sure that he does not use abusive language
