I received the wrong batteries from a previous company so I was very skeptical shopping online for batteries for my much needed power wheelchair. When I called the number, a real-life person actually picked up the phone. I couldn't believe it! He talked to me for almost 30 minutes answering every question that I had, believe me there was a lot. After talking to him I felt confident that I was getting the correct type of battery and ways to extend the life of them. Not only did I get personal one on one service, my batteries arrived within 2 business days. Did I mention they were the least expensive of all the places I tried along with FREE shipping? I very rarely write reviews for businesses, but I had to for EZ Mobility, LLC. I'm unable to go anywhere if my power wheelchair doesn't have batteries or I if I receive the wrong ones, EZ Mobility made sure that didn't happen.
