the chance to test drive the vehicle and have a mechanic of her choice inspect the vehicle. This customer was very eager and ecstatic when we extended ourselves and placed her on a "buy here, pay here" program. During the paperwork session of this purchase, this customer signed her Buyer's Guide, stating that the vehicle was being purchased "As Is" with no warranty. We also offer warranties that may be purchased by our customers at reasonable prices with financing available on all warranties, that she could have taken advantage of an still has the opportunity to do so! This customer has been in our office several times since her purchase, to make payments and has not mentioned any mechanical issues at all! She, in fact, came in a couple times upset and when our manager inquired as to why she was upset, customer stated she was "fine". She has never contacted us with any type of complaint and/or stated that there were any issues, while in our facility. We, here at EZ Motor Credit, would have gladly assisted this customer in any way possible with any mechanical issues, had she informed us of such issues! If we were to extend ourselves and make any restitutions, we would have to know and have proof that any of these issues were not simply normal wear and tear on this vehicle. We are not open to waiving any balance on this account for the purchase of this vehicle, as we had not been informed of any complaints and/or presented with any type of receipts from this customer.
