I am the owner and have not had to deal directly with Mr***. One of our employees who was to process the claim was not able to. Magically, a check for $from Fed Ex was delivered to our company and it is our assumption that Mr*** was the one who filed the
claim. We were contacted by Mr*** inquiring if we had received the check. He came by today, 5/10/2017, and we gave him $in cash which was the amount of the check which Fed Ex had made payable to the company. We would deposit the check to our accounts. I hope this settles the matter in the complaint. Thank you
