July 10, In reference to the complaint filed against EZ Rent A Car, [redacted] did lease a [redacted] from us on, she did call the Pottsville location or days after she had the vehicle and said that she was having some issues with the truck, at that point we told her to bring the vehicle to our service location and we would gladly take care of any issues she was having(As she states in the complaint) We then heard nothing from her until her first payment became lateAt which time we called her and she stated that she didn't want the truck anymore because it was going to be too expensive, the payment as well as the insurance(which is also stated by her in the complaint) Plus there were issues with truck.We then asked if she would like us to come pick the truck up and take a look at it, again she stated that she didn't realize that it was going to be that expensiveWe then did what she asked and went to pick up the truckBefore we left to pick up the truck, we called her and she left the keys in the car for us.Our response is this, we had no problem taking a look at the truck for her and fixing what needed to be fixed, she didn't Want that, she bought a used vehicle not a brand new vehicle, sometimes things happenShe stated numerous times to us that it was just going to be too expensive.Thank youMichael W

To Whom it may concern:In response to ID # [redacted] ( [redacted] ), she purchased the [redacted] she is speaking of on November 3, There was a issue with the vehicle in the first week of her having the vehicle, which EZ Rent A Car repaired for her at not charge to her! After that we heard nothing about the vehicle until we received this letter She also has had this vehicle repossessed twice due to not payment Each time was have given her an opportunity to come back and get the vehicle We are including a copy of her lease agreement which she signed, which says that there was no physical damage or mechanical damage to the car She drove this vehicle for months, and we never heard a word about it According to the lease agreement, Miss [redacted] could have returned this vehicle at any time if she was unhappy, with not repercussions from EZ Rent A Car She chose not to.Thank youAngela W [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They were contacted, These issues are not from wear and tear on my part or driving this vehicle for months There is no way those issues were "new" , so for it said to have no mechanical damage is not true, what so ever, if it was inspected properly when it was said they would of known about the frame, motor, and head gaskets, but it was mechanically no damage when looked at quickly I was not given all the information and want all money put in, As to getting repoed all payments have been made and caught up on except the one due on May 15th , which would of been days late at time when they came for it, was informed it was not paid in over days it was paid on the May 3rd The garage was called in march and asked about a warrantee on this vehicle , and we were told there was none any repairs done are paid out of pocket by us After issues kept getting worse I took it for the same issue the had it for the first day of driving the radiator hose but this time was given a true description of vehicle, worth, and damage Therefor I want all money returned Enclosed are the photos from the mechanic of the weld job and rust to the frame Regards, [redacted]

Review: I purchased a vehicle back in June. I was making the payments like I should. My Husband gave them a Bad review on August 28. When my husband took it for a ride 35 miles around the block it sounded fine. When we took it home went home 81 highway and front end was rattling and making noise. My husband immediately called sean the person who sold it to us and he said it was our problem. Warranty only covered motor and drive train. Well I made the payments on it like I should The payment was due on August 25, we have 5 days afterward to make the payment. well I called them out of common courtesy to see if I could make the payment the following Tuesday. I was told I had until 1:00 Saturday August 30 before they shut it off. I said ok. On Friday august 29 they repossessed my car for my husbands bad review. The agreement was in my name and my name alone. They did not even call me to see if this is what I thought about the vehicle.Desired Settlement: If at all possible I would like my down payment of 700.00 back because I did not fault on the deal they did. Now I am out a vehicle.
