In response to Mr *** complaint, when passengers are serviced at the airport, Their transportation is on demand. Many flights are delayed and later than we are expecting, consequently our vehicles may be sent out to multiple opposing directions, which results in a lack of vehicles at
the airport to reasonably accommodate service as requested by a passenger. In this instance, the customer was refunded the cost of their return fare and any additional charges incurred as a result of having to take another provider to their destination since we were unavailable to provide them service for to minutesSo the customer service rep for the airport provides them and alternative service of their choice. We deeply regret any inconvenience, and I hope the customer will understand.Yours truly
Review: I had a confirmed reservation for pickup at 4:45 am. They called while I was in the shower and I missed the call. I called back and they said it was too late and they would not pick me up. Apparently a confirmed reservation means nothing to them.Desired Settlement: Close your business or start honoring confirmed reservations.
