.Customer is getting upset because they have to spend additional money there for clearance , Which is not our fault . We had given them option here.
Customer still owes us $151.00 for shipping , They called us up and told us we have to spend this much more, As per maintaining good relationship, We credited $151.00 and told them you can use the amount you owe us.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or agent charges in India, If they do their own clearance .

Review: I shipped 6 boxes to India from NY through this company and was told it would get there in 5 days. They had said they would deal with the customs and having the boxes cleared and my only responsibility would be to pay them the duty once they knew what it was. I agreed with that and we went ahead and shipped. Now my boxes have been in India for over a month and they are still not cleared and still have not reached me. I have told this company to bring my boxes back to me in NY and refund me my money and this can be over but they said I will have to pay return shipping. I have gotten nothing from them and instead have had to deal with problems and uncommunicative representatives who never give a straight answer. They are not willing to help me solve this issue and have not dealt with a single problem in India.Desired Settlement: I want my boxes back in NY and the money I paid for them back.

Review: In the month of November 2012, I had to shift my household from Hicksville, New York to Houston, Texas. Hence I contacted EZ shipping for the same. They managed to get my household items to Houston but not my car. Inspite of continuous follow-ups they failed to do it. I had already paid 1120 $ for car movement from New York to Houston. They acknowledged the delay and agreed to pay me 1500 $ for any other transport I could arrange. I arranged an expedited transport for 1700$ and got my car shifted. Now when I ask the person from EZ shipping for 1500 $, he is procrastinating it and has not even paid a single dime back. Its almost 7 months now.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] (contact person in EZ shipping) to pay me 1500 $ as promised. Also would like to know your thought on this: Due to one month delay in car movement, I spent almost 900 $ in my car rental in Houston. During the period my car was left unattended in New York, it had a damage in the fender, which would cost me 500 $ (deductible). Also I ended up spending 1700 $ for getting my car on an immediate basis. Do you think I could alo claim any of the above 3 amounts from him ?

As per customer EZ Shipping ows the customer $1500.00 , Which is not an right number , We and even [redacted] has the receipt for $1050.00 .EZ-Shipping had provided 1 receipt with a letterhead for the amount of more than $3000.00 , I am asking the customer to send me the receipt and customer is denying to have any receipt .

EZ Shipping was trying to solve the case by giving the customer $500.00 without the receipt but customer is not agreeing with that .

Review: This mail is being written to make a complaint against one the services I received from EZ Shipping for Shipping 2 TVS and a Speaker System to INDIA. I have been going through lot of Frustration from October ** 2012 when I initially dropped my Items at [redacted]. The Items Samsung 32" TV, Samsung 46" TV when they finally reached to INDIA, are all in Broken State and cannot be used anymore, attached are PICS .

For the First Time I gave my 2 TVS and Speaker System to EZ Shipping on October ** 2012 and after calling you atleast 30 to 40 Times, they initiated the Shipping for 32" TV and Speaker System on Jan ** 2013 which is exactly after 3 months and 20 day and the TVs got delivered on Mar ** 2013 and My Dad has to pay Rs 9000(Aprox $165) as Customs Duty which was supposed to be paid by EZ Shipping.

After Calling at least 50 times The Next Shipment was initiated by them on Mar ** 2013 and it got delivered on Apr ** 2013 where my Dad Paid Rs 13000( Aprox $240) as Customs Duty which was again supposed to be paid by you.

Even after EZ shipping making months of Delay I never said anything and now at the end of the Day The two TVS both 32" and 46" are in Broken and cannot be used any more, the simple reason being EZ Shipping did not made proper Packaging both the as promised and hence this is the result.

I am completely Frustrated and annoyed with EZ Shipping services and subjected to below damages from them and their company:

1. Paid 740 Dollars as Payment for 2 TVs and a speaker system shipping to INDIA.

2. Paid Rs 9000(Aprox $165) as Customs Duty which was supposed to be paid by you.

3. Paid Rs 13000( Aprox $240) as Customs Duty which was again supposed to be paid by you

4. Paid $1000 for 46"TV and $300 for 32" TV towards my Purchase.

After a long Wait and calling EZ Shipping for number of time after the incident has happened, EZ shipping made a claim to Fedex and tried to collect the Money for the Damages done for 46" TV and they ever paid me back to money, they neither bothered to call me nor tried to get back to me in any form.Desired Settlement: 1. Paid 740 Dollars as Payment for 2 TVs and a speaker system shipping to INDIA.

2. Paid Rs 9000(Aprox $165) as Customs Duty which was supposed to be paid by you.

3. Paid Rs 13000( Aprox $240) as Customs Duty which was again supposed to be paid by you

4. Paid $1000 for 46"TV and $300 for 32" TV towards my Purchase.

I need to be paid all the above mentioned charges which I paid towards the Shipment for EZ SHipping.
