I was searching online (Craigslist Los Angeles) for housing. I found a property of interest, so I called the number and it led me to this company. The office building did not look like an official business, nor did I find any information about the company on the internet, but I was desperate for housing search assistance so I risked investing here.

I was told to bring $230 cash which will be used as a deposit towards a property of my choice. My representative said the company has many properties available but will not show them to me until I pay and sign the contract which entailed me to pay the company a direct non-refundable $90 and a $140 deposit to guarantee my spot for a property. This was a very shady business practice, I was told over the phone that the $230 is the deposit.

Now, before signing up I asked Selena, my representative, that if I do not choose any of available sites, will the company automatically be sending me updates twice a week until I find a place and she claimed YES. I even rephrased the question multiple times to make sure I will be getting the help I needed, with little effort on my end. She told me they will not only send me emails but call me weekly to keep me updated. I felt confident, so I took the risk only to be robbed of my money.

For the past two months of being homeless I only received maybe 2 phone calls and it was because I kept leaving them voicemails to call me back. The same issue with emails, they never sent me housing options automatically and when I confronted them about it, they claimed I had to "request" housing options every week as stated in the contract. It turns out I was lied to by Selena and they did not resolve that in any way.

In attempts to get them to help me, I requested they just send me the lists twice a week without me having to waste time to contact them, then wait for their vague responses but they refused. If I knew this was to be the case and I was told this in the very beginning, I would never have signed up or paid for their lazy and unprofessional services. Even when I requested the listings weekly over the past two months, they only managed to send me 2 or 3 lists and they were properties completely out of town and too expensive. I would say I got an effective response 1 every 10 emails and or phone calls in MY EFFORTS to get a hold of their greedy lazyasses. And when I finally got a call back from Maria, the helpless unprofessional ignorant broad broad, she ended up ignoring my requests and refused to provide contact information on the owner, then she hangs up just like the front desk clerks.

After many phone calls and emails to them, telling them how frustrated I am with their lies, inconsistent help, and them voiding the contract; They continued to ignore my requests and refused to let me speak to the owner Cindy Rosales or have the manager, Maria, call me. Eventually, I got to the point where I knew things were not going to change so I demanded a FULL REFUND, including the $90 service fee they were stealing from me, and they STILL refuse to cooperate on ethic and legal terms. I submitted a request for the refund amount I could get back according to the contract, it has been passed 15 business days and I still haven't got my money. I call and call and no one picks up the phone nor responds to my emails anymore. The company illegally violated their own contract and robbed me $230 and have stressed me out for the passed 3 months of trying to work with them. They really need to be exposed, just read the recent Yelp reviews
