Purchased tires month ago and couldn't be happierCustomer service was excellent, staff was very friendly and willing to help me out selecting good quality tires, being a woman and not having much knowledge of what to purchase, I felt the staff was genuinely there to help me and not rip me off like some businesses havewould recommend them to any friend or family memberDefinitely will be returning

Cars front tires are flat, so I cannot get them to auto shop for them to fix them as 30day warranty appliesThey know the car will not startOn the company answering machine is states it will come to you to fix issuesThey deny breaking my ignition key tumbler and said see you in courtI have audio proof of a man cussing and the sound of key bring yanked from the key tumbler where the ignition is to provide they caused the issue

I come to Ez tire and auto for everything! Oil changes, inspections, alignments, you name itI wouldn't let any one else touch my carThey have the best prices along with excellent customer serviceThey really care for their customers and are very professionalThey are always on point with when they say my car will be ready, and they make sure to always thoroughly explain the work being done to my vehicle and what I am being charged forI couldnt be more pleased with the service this shop has to offer, and I highly recommend their service to everyone!

Spoke with business and he stated that he saw the consumer driving the vehicle Per the consumer's request, they sprayed the break lines and after they fixed the original issue, cons drove the car for days before she was complaining about ignition issue, so it was not broken when she left shop Also if she is having a problem with the tires that we repaired she can bring the car back before her day warranty is up Closing complaint as answered

Response taken over the phone: When the consumer purchased the Jeep, we did some work on it and the consumer was satisfied At his request, he wanted us to put in a suspension lift kit We advised against this as it was not recommended for this vehicleHe really wanted it done
He came in with an aftermarket kit and wanted us to put it on So we did Soon after it developed the "death wobble" We contacted *** ***, where he had purchased the lift and they recommended lower control arms to fix the problem He authorise the work but it did not fix the problem Called *** *** back and they said to try a heavy duty steering stabilizer and dropped pitman arm Again he authorized this workThis fixed the problem for 3-weeks After that, *** *** had no more suggestions and said he could return the parts for a full refund We would have to put in about hours of labor to get the Jeep back to stockThe customer did not want to pay for this We had also lent him a loaner car, free of charge for weeks while we tried to resolve the issues We went above and beyond for this customer to try to resolve the problem but the customer supplied the lift kit and we cannot be responsible for customer supplied parts and our labor is not free

These guys are good. Eric the owner is a great example of how continued honesty will bring and retain business.

This customer cannot be pleased. She came here with quotes from other shops for over 1200 dollars. They were trying to rip her off. My original quote was around 800 dollars plus tax. I gave her roughly a 35% discount on repairs bc she had told me she's having financial issues and she did buy the car...

here 13 months ago I figured I would help her the best I can. She put 20,000 miles on the car in this time so I was not obligated to do so what so ever. We got the repairs done in a timely fashion , car inspected , and she was on her way. She had no issue starting the car what so ever when she left here. She had told me she was having ignition issues but did not have the funds to make the repair at this time. She is trying to blame us for an on going issue that I am not covering what so ever.nadter continuous threats from this customer I told her to please do what she needs to do and stop calling my shop.

Review: On July 23, 2014, I went to EZ Tire and Auto to purchase and have installed, a used tire. The tire size I needed was 235/55R17, which I repeated to the owner multiple times over the phone and in person upon arrival. After a tire was installed, I paid the $50, and left. Upon arriving home, I inspected the newly installed tire and noticed that it was 235/65R17, which was much too large. I noticed rubbing within the wheelwell and immediately removed the rim and put a spare rim on to prevent not only wheelwell damage, but differential damage as well. I also immediately informed the owner that he put a wrong sized tire on and was told that he'll call me in the morning to get it straightened out. He never called, so I called and he told me that he currently did not have any of the correct sized tires in stock and that he'll call me when he does. He kept giving me dates when he would have it, and never kept his word on calling me. It was always me calling only to be blown off saying that he hasn't received any yet. After 5 days of this, I went to another tire facility and had one put on, as I could no longer keep the current spare that I had on. I watched the new company remove the one EZ Tire installed and they were appalled at the tire that was installed. It had piles of debris inside such as plaster, dirt, etc. Not only that, but the beads (edge) of the tire were ruined and crumbling. The new facility could not believe that such a bad tire was put on. So not only was the wrong sized tire installed, but a bad tire was installed (which I still have and can photo for proof). After having this new tire installed on July, 28th, 2014. I called EZ Tire and Auto requesting a refund and wanting to return the tire on August 4th, 2014. The owner told me it would take 2-3 days for him to process the refund and that he didn't want the tire back. I called Wednesday, August 6th, 2014, and was told that he will call me the next day between 10-11am to give me cash back. Around 12:30pm on August 7th, 2014, I called and was told that he didn't have to call me because he was able to have it refunded to my card and that it would take 24-28 hours to go through. Well it's been 6 days since then and my credit card statement shows no refund (I can provide proof if requested). I've been consistently lied too about being called and when the correct tire would come in, had calls ignored, and had a tire that was bad and incorrectly sized put on by a business that specializes in tires.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back so I never have to deal with this company again.
