Please let this letter serve as the Dealership's Response to Ms. [redacted]'s Complaint filed with the Bureau.
The Dealership would open by apologizing to Ms. [redacted] for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that...
may have occurred. That said the Dealership does not feel as though they acted inappropriately or improperly. Honestly, the Dealership cannot rely on an emailed picture of the odometer to complete a cancellation form. Rather, the Dealership needs to perform an odometer inspection. In order to do this, Ms. [redacted] is welcome to come into the Dealership at any time and almost any individual should be able to help her. However, Assistant Manager [redacted] is knowledgeable of the situation and will gladly help her. Again, the Dealership would apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Given the above, it is the Dealership's hope and belief that this matter should be closed with a finding of no fault on either Party's behalf.
