Ez Tow

I am rejecting this response because: in their craigslist ad they falsified information, stating that the truck ran great no problems and that it was a 96, not a No where in the ad did they say "as is," or verbally state "as is"I waited patiently for *** to return to check the fluids in the truck prior to purchasing itHe never checked the fluids for me as I asked a couple times and rather he assured me that they were fine as he had been driving the truck all dayApparently that too was a lie, the truck died mins down the roadWhere I repeatedly text and called themI finally get a hold of *** and she told me "oh its out of gas" I asked her for a tow back, as they are a tow yardAnd she yes we will be right thereI sat on the side of the road for over an hour waitingcalling textingno responseI finally got a ride back to the tow yard that nightNO ONE was there and no response all weekend, yet they state that they are a 24/tow yardNeedless to say I'm out a vehicle and 1400$

Review: I sold a vehicle to this business and unregistered my license plates with the [redacted]. Months later I get two letters from the [redacted] police department about my car being towed and impounded, even though I don't own this vehicle anymore. I don't hold registration or insurance for this vehicle. Now I can't get ahold of this "business". I am beyond angry, this needs to be solved, these criminals need to be to have their doors closed permanently and never be allowed to operate anything again.Desired Settlement: I want the business to not only contact me, but after I call the Fresno police I would like them to call the police and take responsibility for their mistake. I am in no way paying any fines or fees when I sold this vehicle.

As you should know ,it is the sellers responsibility To report a change of ownership to release your liability on your vehicle you sold .

Review: I recently purchased a vehicle from EZ Tow in the month the May. When I purchased the vehicle it displayed tags set for 2015. I then went to register the vehicle only to find out the vehicle has not been registered since 2013. At that point I went to EZ tow to have the matter resolved. I was informed it wasn't their problem. so I waited awhile and returned with someone. I was told by someone on the property its my fault and they sale stuff like this all the time and I have been "got" my uncle called his attorney and which another Person told me he would take care of the fees. this was back in June. Its August and nothing has been done. I have tried to work out the matter and no one want to get the job done. I have saved that money for two years only to have a car I can not drive and if I do I get pulled over almost becoming incarcerated because its assumed I stole the tags. I have called the non emergency sheriff hotline and made report with them. I don't know what measures to take because I am out of 1500 and no resources to pay the 886 back fees plus current fees. current fees are my issue I know but back fees on top of being pulled over because of it is dreadful. The owner has ignored my attempts. I have called today on 8/11/15 and he brushed me off to tell me the secretary would handle it but it was supposed to be handled back in June.Desired Settlement: I don't mind paying current registration. I just do not want to be responsible for something I had no knowledge of. I would have not purchased the vehicle with this information at hand. I would like a refund of 1500 if back fees are not paid of in registration. I already have to pay for a smog since it hasn't been smogged since 2013

Review: I saw an ad on craigslist for a truck for sale at EZ tow yard. I recievwde confirmation to view the truck at the yard. I drove down. Looked at truck and decided to purchase it for 1400$ cash. I handed a man named [redacted] cash. A woman named [redacted] handkede paper work. They sent me on the way. Not even 10 mins down the road the truck just died... I called repeatedly. Finally text [redacted] where she called back informing that they would tow the vehicle back and reimburse me. I sat on the side of the road for over an hour waiting... no reaponse. I returnes to the yard which they informed me was 24/7. It was completely shut down and no one responded to my calls or text. For hours.Desired Settlement: I want my entire refund of 1400$ lost wages, as I took off work for this. And compensation for mental anguish and emotional distress.

Review: I bought a car from [redacted] in Sacramento, CA two weeks ago for $1800. An hour and a half after buying it the car breaks down. I towed it to my mechanic for a diagnosis and they said it was a blown head gasket and would cost $1600 to fix it. Ive called the lot over and over offering to tow the car back and either have it repaired, refunded or exchanged for a different vehicle. Mostly they ignore my calls but when they do answer they keep saying they will call me back and never have.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like my money back.
