I filed a Revdex.com complaint against EZ Web Stores LLC on Feb 6, for failure to deliver on a website design purchase that I had paid for, 100%, in advance After numerous attempts to contact EZ Web Stores regarding their failure to do anything beyond setting up a "dummy", non-functioning site and seeking no additional input from me, provide training, etc., I also filed a formal FRAUD complaint with the Arizona State District Attorney's OfficeEZ Web Stores LLC responded to the State District Attorney's Office, two months later, and gave them a bogus response to my complaint stating that they had had some billing difficulties with their company billing system resulting in my order never being fully processed They had no explanation for failing to return my telephone calls and e-mails Ultimately, they refunded all my money to my credit card account without ever contacting me or offering any explanation I think their original plan was to out-last me an hope that I would never make formal charges The Arizona State District Attorney's Office complaint case was closed and marked as "resolved"To my knowledge, there was no further investigation pertaining to EZ Web Stores documented history of dissatisfied customers and other attempt to defraud online business
