The printer is faulty and does not work as advertisedTheir return policy makes you pay for return shipping plus a "possible" $fee if the printer gets broken in transitThey say they offer support, but it is lacking and they give you the runaroundThey are actively selling this product knowing full well that it doesn't work, and will need significant modification to get it workingAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Our company as a whole has encountered enormous delays across all our products, especially kits The causes of these delays have been communicated on our web site for all our customers to see and understand The customer seemed interested in receiving his product as quickly as possible,
which is why we suggested switching to an option that may increase his delivery speed
Currently, customers who have already received kits have had numerous issues, varying from incomplete documentation to poor quality components Until our quality control processes have been refined, we do not want this customer, or any other customers, receiving inferior products or services As such, we will not be shipping this kit until we are certain the customer will receive high quality components that will work when assembled
We have already offered to refund this customer their deposit, but they do not seem to be interested in this option

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory for them.  I believe that a business that is not ready to do business as promised by their by-laws should not advertise that they can deliver an product.   The company did advertise that the item would be shipped in six to eight weeks.  As you can see by the invoice/receipt supplied, the order was first made on March 4th 2014.  I also have an email that states that the 3D printer was being sent by May 5th.
It seems that they should not keep making statements that they know are not accurate.  All their videos promise that the 3D printers they offer are the best and that they work better than other 3D printers; yet there is not solid proof for that, only a lot of pictures and videos.
Businesses depend on each other by the promises they make, and the products they offer on time for financial stability.  It would only be expected that any company that promises a product has that product instock and ready to deliver.

Took over 8 months to receive, even though it was advertised 4-6 weeks. I paid extra to have it pre-assembled, which also increased my shipping charge. Upon arrival, the printer didn't function properly. I got the run-around for months, while I waited for the printer to arrive and now I'm getting the run-around for months from "tech support". They ignore me for weeks at a time, then when they do reply, it's a vague, canned response that doesn't even apply to the issue; as though they just occasionally send out a mass "go pound sand" reply to buy a few more weeks of ignoring everybody. So, nearly a year after buying this doorstop, I have yet to use it even once. EZ3D is a scam, run by con men who steal money and give nothing of value in return.
