I hired Blue Dot Landscaping to complete steps, a patio, landing at the top of the steps, and build up a retaining wall The steps that were approved by the Homeowners Association, and the steps that were completed are very different From the beginning, I questioned the steps that were being built, and some of the changes that were being made without any discussion I kept being reassured throughout the process that I would be satisfied When I was not, I was sent an email that just stated "Done" The steps do not resemble what I was shown, and they are not supported like the original steps were They are already cracking where they were cemented in the center, and they are not even At the landing the top step is crooked so the top of the steps are not even The irrigation system was not replaced or put where we discussed They spread the crush and run in the yard to level some places without placing anything over the top of it That part of the yard looks like a small gra
