Review: I have been trying to reach the company for the last three months to cancel services to no unveil. they actively charge my account every month on the [redacted]. I need to know how to contact someone about this business.Desired Settlement: Cancel services and stop charging my credit card.

When a business purchases a package on EZBZ they have the option to pay the annual amount or in installments. EZBZ's terms of service clearly dictates that we offer no refunds and a business is aware of this when he makes his purchases ([redacted], section 6.3)

This being said we do review some cases and stop the installments. [redacted] purchased our premium placement package for $25 a month. He requested to stop this and our team was reviewing it. After a thorough review his cancellation was approved and the payments stopped. I'm not sure why he placed the complaint as we have a customer service department taking calls and full chat support.

In any case, his package was cancelled before 12 months were over.

You actually only made 2 recurring payments to EZBZ:

1. On 10/**/2013 3:01:53 for $25

2. On 11/**/2013 3:02:55 for $25

After this payments were declined and you have not been billed since.

As I explained - this wasn't a subscription but a payment plan and according to our terms EZBZ was under no obligation to cancel your payments. We have stopped billing you and aren't pursuing collection against you although we are legally able to do so.

I do not want to pass this on to our legal department and request that you stop this complaint since legally you owe us 9 more months of payments, not the other way around.
