Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] is lying - againI have proof that [redacted] did threaten to steal my car since he left a voicemail stating that he wouldI would be happy to email the audio file to youShe is also lying when she says that my [redacted] review is slander, or perhaps she doesn't know the definition of slander? They knew my credit score when they pressured me into buying a car I clearly did not want and promised to help me find a car that I would be happy with and then avoided me for weeks when I tried to get a new carThese bait and switch tactics are what give car dealerships a bad nameThey also state they my car is in bad shape, too bad for them to rebuy the car backThis is yet another lieMy car has hardly a scratch (only the minor ones that were on it when I purchased it, which I also have proof of) and no dents or other body damageI can submit pictures of my vehicle to prove thisLying to a customer and promising service that is never actually provided is one thingIt's unprofessional and rude and warranted the review I left on ***However, making repeated calls and threatening to "repo" someone's car unless they remove a critical [redacted] review is highly unethical, perhaps illegalI think they should lose their business license for their behaviorAt the very least, I hope the Revdex.com takes action to warn potential customers of the kind of deceitful and unprofessional people they are dealing with at EZ Cars Regards, [redacted] ***

This customer has a contract already which we have both signed We are an honest business who loaned this customer with challenging credit money to purchase a vehicle This contract states that as long as she makes her payments we will not take her car There is no need to give her anything more in writing stating we will not STEAL her car If she defaults on her payments we will take legal action to repossess her vehicle This customer is upset with us due to the fact we will not take her car as a trade in to pay off her current loan and establish a new loan for a new carWe would like to her to finish out her contract with us and end this relationship We have been the victim of Slander on [redacted] and [redacted] by this customer There is no truth her statements Most importantly we are not in the business of stealing cars Again a Slander to our companyWe are happy to provide a copy of her signed copy of the contract Thank you, [redacted] Tell us why here

We sold the Toyota Tacoma to *** *** on 2-15-We did make an error on the advertising for the Super ChargeThe truck came with tags showing it had the Super Charge but we were not aware
that the previous owner had removed itAfter *** called and informed us we called the previous customer to find out if he still had it but he did notSo I then offered *** $1,offHe seemed satisfied with this offer and came in to resignHe never asked for any more money off so we never knew he was unhappy with thisWe delete vehicles on our website after they are soldIt was not to hide anythingNone if us recall any other phone calls about him having issues with the truckWe did provide him with our day limited warranty through Protective which we pay for*** was offered to extend his warranty and add more coverageThis was declined at the time of saleWe spent $1,on reconditioning this truck before we sold itWe do our best to provide a quality vehicle but can not make guarantees
The DMV issue was due to error on his address made by DMVWe had the correct address on our end but whoever input at the DMV made the errorThe registration had been completed but mailed to the wrong addressWhen they notified us they had not received their plates, we did everything was quickly as possible to resolve itI have not been asked to pay any tickets received until this complaint letter was sent to you.

I bought a used car from this dearlership in October 2016, I had a trade in that still had a loan on itI issued them a personal check for the difference of the payoff and what they offered for my vehicle plus the amount of the car I purchased from themIt has been almost months and they have still not paid off my trade inI am now getting collections calls and my credit has been effective because of thisI have not received the new license plates for the car I purchased eitherBeware if you buy from them and you have a trade in that still has a loan on it

Lying to a customer and promising service that is never actually provided is one thing. It's unprofessional and rude and warranted the review I left on [redacted]. However, making repeated calls and threatening to "repo" someone's car unless they remove a critical [redacted] review is highly unethical, perhaps illegal. I think they should lose their business license for their behavior. At the very least, I hope the Revdex.com takes action to warn potential customers of the kind of deceitful and unprofessional people they are dealing with at EZ Cars 101.
