Scam Alert
This Company is a fraudulent company operating in India. Their fake reviews on Trustpilot are landing them as a legitimate travel agency in Google search for flights but don't be fooled. Google is in the process of shutting them down. Same as all other reviews they charge you and then tell you the price went up, or refuse to provide a refund and ghost you. Don't get scammed go rules where.

Fraudsters / SCAMMERS!!!
It's my fault to be a victim for $10. ... I used Google Flight to find a ticket: SFO-WAS, $209 via Alaska; $200 via Ezee Flights that charged to my credit card right away, then tried to lure me to book for returning flight, totally wasting time. Once I told him just to complete my one-way order, the representative told me to pay company service fee for $50+. I refused and cancelled order. He told me the refund will come in four business days. Per many reports from various sites, it seems to be hard to really get it. ... to be updated next Wednesday (12/6).

If you value your time and money please stay away from this people. Ezee flights is a scam. Sweet talkers and they will go an extra mile just to rip you off. I am taking them on and I don't care if it will cost me thousands. They are thieves. Guys please stay away.

We booked our group with them last year and the ripped us off. Tickets were done incorrectly and quite a few of my guests were stranded and never received monies or an apology. I know they are from overseas. Please do not waste your time or money. They don't know what they are doing. Very inexperienced.

Hi, Regarding the transaction for $we have already refunded the amount long time back on the same card where the payment has been made kindly tell the client to check with his bank..Regarding the flight changes as I mentioned earlier airline did not confirm the same flights as original flights was overbooked We have informed the client in advance for the changes after the passenger authorized we issued the tickets other wise we would have not done it..We have done our job whatever passenger authorized us.. For a while, my urge to travel and to take myself to the places I want to go was being stopped by the high fares of the flights and the added expenditure of the hotels was soon going to bankrupt me. However, the Ezee flights proved to be the best companion as the low-cost air tickets for Charlotte made it ten times easy for me to meet my grandparents and after that the all my plans of traveling was fulfilled because the flight to New York or the flight to Chicago was within my means. The Ezee flights are the wish fulfillers for me.

My flight to Phoenix was the best air-travel of my life because of the lowest airfare and the easiness to view my itinerary with being able to put the payment information on the same page. I did not have to go through any troubles to check my bookings as the simple scroll was enough. I am really impressed with the service and the efforts made by the staffs, which is why whenever I will make plans for travels, you guys will be the first to know as everything else related to the location and conveyance will be managed by you.

Review: I have asked for an itemized invoice showing the charges that were billed for services. I have asked no less than 4 times over the last 2-3 weeks and have not gotten a response.

Review: Travel agent [redacted] from [redacted] responded to my query for air tickets to travel to India from an online portal [redacted] in mid Nov. They quoted a price of $3580.78 for two way tickets by [redacted] airlines between Delhi and Chicago. I paid the price by my credit card on 11/**/2014. However, the [redacted] did not tell me that it will be a foreign transaction. I found out when my credit card was charged for $107.42 as foreign transaction fees. When I asked [redacted] about it, she emailed me back saying that $107.42 will be refunded to me within five days. This was around thanksgiving time and nothing happened. I called Ezee flights and spoke to one [redacted] from Ezee Flights (apparently [redacted]) and he assured me that refund will be made within five days. It's been about two months, I have gone and come back from India but $107.42 have not been refunded to me so far. I have since made phone calls and sent her emails but these action did not bear fruit and Ezee Flights has stopped responding to me.Desired Settlement: I would like Ezee flights to refund me the foreign transaction fees of $107.42 back to me as they had promised.
