This is regarding the complain that Revdex.com received on November 2nd from buyer *** [redacted] The buyer bought an item via our website [redacted] on 10/31/On 11/1/we send buyer email saying 'We are sorry to let you know that the item that you have ordered is currently out of stockWe have exactly similar item but they are with studsPlease let us know if that is something you would be interested instead or would like to get refundedPlease let us know and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you'Buyer mentioned that on receiving our email, they tried to contact us on 11/2/via phone ###-###-#### and could not leave voicemail and also mentioned that they could email us as there was no emailThat statement of the buyer is itself is contradictory as she could have replied to that email in order to let us know what she wanted to doOur email was very clearSince our primary business is online and being a small company we prefer communication via emailsWe also have in our website our contact info i.e [redacted] where they can email us as well We also respond via phone and if we cannot pickup, we check our voicemail frequentlyIt so happened that our voicemail was full that day, as we received lot of large sales messages from affiliated political parties as New Jersey there was election during that weekOn the same day evening, i.e11/2/we refunded the buyer full amount and attached is the proof of refundThis complain from [redacted] was resolved immediately and should be disregarded as we refunded full Invoice amountJust to summarize buyer bought on 10/31/2017, we send email to buyer on 11/1/that we do not have the item that they bought but we have similar item, since we did not get any response we refunded full amount to the buyer on 11/2/
