My apologies for the delay in response as I've been traveling and it doesn't appear this was sent on to those covering according to my delivery message.According to our records [redacted] only filed one complaint through our ticket system which was responded to in less than minutes (see details below)? Hello, thanks for the call *** This complaint was found in SPAM unfortunately which led to the delayed response I'm guessing that is also the cause for *** *** account situation too I do not have verification the last complaint was ever accepted and closed so no notice
was provided to our support team to re-open the account I'm assuming the complaint was indeed closed and have told the team to re-open the account It will take hours for that to happen and may take several days before *** *** *s included in the mail distribution again What *** *** was told by our helpdesk is correct During any issue or dispute, accounts are locked to ensure further issues are not encountered until the previous complaint is resolved This was actually advice received at a Revdex.com seminar several years ago Not receiving the confirmation made it impossible for the standard procedures to be followed I can confirm the Revdex.com email ([email protected]) is white listed on our end so I do not understand the issue here I will have our techs look deeper into the matter and may need them to talk to someone on your end to resolve. Good Morning I apologize for the delayed response as the Revdex.com email found it's way to our S*** folder and only landed in my inbox on Monday I was able to research the account and can largely confirm the information provided by the panelist I show all pending credits to date
are $ I have approved an early credit for all studies that have not previously been credited Some had been credited since the time of this email Our invitations and policies clearly indicate that in accordance with CASRO guidelines, all studies will go through a data review process at the client end and upon approval will be credited within 10-days of the study (not individual survey) completion For most studies, this happens within several days to a week but some extended studies require longer unfortunately Also, please confirm the email address you are using is *** There is no record in our ticket system logs of any emails from the email address or panelist ID Any tickets that are not responded to within hours are flagged to senior management We can also receive calls during business hours M-F at *** Thank you

I just personally checked on this account and it is fully activated I also checked multiple study links assigned to *** *** ID and found zero issues I cannot reproduce the problem That message can be displayed for a number of reasons, including hitting a study link that is no longer active and all assigned sample has been deleted Unless it is related to something like that, there is not reason related to the original complaint that should prevent her from doing surveys I encourage her to continue to try and actually call or email our helpdesk with the study information so the issue can be researched in real-time as we are setup to do.Thanks

Good Morning The incentive has been added to *** *** account after lengthy discussions and investigation with our client. The information provided by our helpdesk was accurate The ID for her account was not included among those who completed the study from our client
This format is a little different and requires panelists to complete all questions provided by the client Respondents are able to login but not participate so there are always some who do not meet the requirements for incentive At first, this seemed like standard operating procedure However, after looking closer at the logs following the conversation with *** *** we sent an inquiry to our client asking for some clarification on things Long story short, the client found a glitch that may have allowed a handful of panelists (2-3) to participate and their ID not be captured as a complete if they had participated in a previous chat of this nature Since those cannot be identified in any way we will assume that *** *** is among those panelists where this may have occurred Her account was credited on Friday when this information became available to us and I'm covering off today. Our apologies for the confusion

Greetings.I have provided two attachments One is the transcript of the communication initiated through our helpdesk team The other is an up to the minute spreadsheet of the survey history for the panelist making the complaint As you can see, Ms*** has completed one survey
to date She is also active in three multi-part surveys There is one survey that is now closed that she started but did not finish All other surveys she has either disqualified or overquota'd in One of those surveys is over our standard screener length of minutes, so I will have a $incentive (the standard incentive for up to minutes) added to her account The one complete is still live in field and will be credited to her account within 10-days of the study completion in accordance with our member terms and the terms outlined on all of our survey invitations The same will hold true for the multi-part completes assuming Ms*** follows through with her commitments for those surveys. Based on all of this information, I have summarized what Ms*** has earned/will earn below, if she finishes the multi-part completes:*** = $Complete*** = $In progress*** = $In progress*** = $In progress*** = $Bonus incentive due to length of screenerTotal Upon Completion of all Multi-part Studies = $17.00 As previously mentioned, our member terms and survey invitations both make it clear that ALL incentives will be credited within 10-days of the study completion This allows our clients the opportunity to review the data and eliminate any data deem to be of poor quality and in accordance of our Data Quality Policy This information can be reviewed with all of our other policies at MindFieldOnline.com or by clicking on the appropriate links in our survey invitations I hope this resolves any confusion on Ms*** part We look forward to her completion on the committed studies and will gladly provide the incentives as outlined here and in our survey invitations. Greetings.We are a little perplexed here? We do show the account deactivated by the user which explains why the consumer doesn't have access? I am also unable to research the support discussions since the email used for inquiry is different than the email the account was setup under
? I can research this portion of the complaint if provided the unknown email since this complaint was filed under the email we already have on file.Regarding the requested [redacted] gift card? We show the request was made and the card should have been received as advertised on or around March 30th? [redacted] has confirmed this? The gift code and amount is shown here:[redacted]I believe this was the primary purpose behind the complaint and was already in progress which the consumer seems to acknowledge in their verbiage by stating we responded about the [redacted] credit only? If there is more that is needed, please let us know.Regarding the closed account, we have a policy that any user closed account cannot be reopened by user request for days? This is to protect us from various tech and other related attacks? If the consumer would like to reopen the account she can request this through our support department via telephone at [redacted]I hope this is helpful

I did not start receiving surveys again until 8/and my account was not fully activated until 8/I noticed on 8/I finally received email notifications for surveys again and the error message (error:ineligible userThe user id provided is not eligible to participate in this study)finally was taken off my account when I tried to take a survey through my account.? I did not write to support again because I already tried to write to them about this issue originally and they did not want to fix this issueI felt that the only way I could actually have this issue resolved was by filing a complaint.? ? [redacted] I have every email I sent, so not having any record is ridiculous? Crediting accounts used to be in to days, My pending credits dated back monthsIt's sad it took this complaint to resolve a problem for a member of years

Unfortunately, I have little more I can offer? I provided a very comprehensible review of the account and the money potentially due Ms***? Everything is duly covered in the Member's Terms which were agreed to; the survey invitations; and additional site documentation we provide?
