This claim was denied the first time it was presented to EZHAs noted on Bill of lading that was provided to Customer at time of pickup and delivery, we do not accept any claims after deliverySaid Damages would of been visible at time of
deliveryVehicle was received by the customer during daylight hoursIt is the customer's responsibility to perform inspection of vehicle upon receiving the vehicleAny and all damages must be noted at time of deliveryWe do not accept any claims not noted at time of deliveryAfter reviewing this matter, driver confirmed customer was never rushed to sign and receive the vehicle without doing a visual inspectionCustomer accepted the vehicle and signed the documentation at time of deliveryThe insurance company was aware about the denied claimEven though Ms *** submitted the claim days after the delivery, when we should be notified at time of deliveryEZH Inc is a professional company, we transported over cars per weekThe company is very responsible and we take care of every customerWe work the extra mile on customer service, unfortunately, this claim did not proceed due to discrepancies found

That is blatantly untrue on several fronts
1.) The car was delivered FILTHY and I was unable to see damages till I had had it washedFurthermore, I was indeed rushed to sign and encouraged to receive the vehicle without doing a visual inspectionAt no time did the driver stop and allow me to walk around the car, or try to brush some dust or dirt off, or ask me to do a visual inspection
2.) The claim was NOT deniedAn appraiser came out, found absolute damages consistent with transport and the claim was in process of being paid when either EZH was dropped by their insurance company or they went to another carrierThe new insurance company refused to even discuss the matter with me and were not interested in seeing the appraisers report or photographsThen I went back to EZH to take it up with them directly and was given the runaround by their management ("oh, we didn't get the photos or the report", etc!)I resubmitted to them TWICE, then not even the courtesy of a reply
Shady company with TERRIBLE reviews on YelpNow, I have a damaged car thanks to their ineptitude

EZH Inc never submitted claim to the insurance due to the claim first being deniedInsurance was notified about the rejection of this claim since the beginningThe customer received a copy of the Bill Of Lading on pickup and at deliveryIt is Customers responsibility to do proper inspection of vehicle at time of pickup and delivery with no exceptionsVehicle was present at time of delivery and customer was able to inspect at time of delivery and able to note any inconsistencies if anyThere are no exceptions as to why customer is claiming to not have been able to do proper inspectionWe transport over vehicles per week, over customers per week, Online review sites do not show all the satisfied customers reviews in betweenClaim was denied when we were first made aware of said claim

Completely untrueIt's as if EZH hasn't even bothered to read my complaints, the facts, or the documents attached to the case (which I have also provided to the Revdex.com)Even when I called them about this they said that it was still under review and they needed to see my documents (for the 3rd time), they never said it was deniedMoreover their insurance company said payment was pending based on the appraisalOf course EZH then switched insurance companies! As for Yelp, where there's smoke, there's fireThere are countless complaints on Yelp JUST LIKE MINEThis company engages in misleading and fraudulent practicesI have considerable damage to my vehicle due to their poor handling (pristine when it was shipped) and would like to be made whole
