I responded to this client directly as follows and we have resolved it over the phone. He agreed to remove this.Basically there was information missing that prevented us from completing the standard operating agreement. He incorporated with us, got a tax ID, seller's permit and all that was...

delivered before this happened. His complaint was just on $60 of his $400+ order, which he added on later. For the statement of information he made the order under a different business name. As of now everything has been sent out and he has been informed of this.I've also attached the sent statement of information, and operating agreement which was also sent to the client last week.Here is a message I sent him :There was an issue with the name of your business not matching the one on the order. We called you again today to resolve the issue.In any case we will still complete the rest of your order and give you a full refund, as you are not satisfied with our service. We apologize for any inconvenience.*Update* I have just sent the full refund, please confirm receipt. There was still some additional information we need to complete your order.The order you made for the Statement of information was for "[redacted]" but it needed to be confirmed and corrected to "[redacted]". This is was caused the delay. As for the operating agreement we we could not complete it without missing key information that we were able to get from you today. Everything is fine now and you will receive the operating agreement very soon.Thank you, and again I apologize for the inconvenience.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for EZ Incorporate's professionalism, knowledge, and flexibility over the last week while helping me to get set up with my new LLC.

I am very happy with how this all transpired - from the price to the entirety of the service to the execution that went like clockwork. These guys knew exactly what was required and responded immediately to my needs.
I have nothing I can think of that should have been done differently. It was an all-around great experience. I'm glad I went with EZ Incorporate and not with another company I contacted that didn't seem to have their act together very well.

I used EZ Incorporate to help set up my wife's Professional Corporation.
