In response to the complaint, her husband brought over a flat panel tv to recycle at our facilityHe was told upfront that we offer $per pound for the tv and the newer tvs do not weight muchHe said that was fine and want to weigh out the tv on our scaleI asked what happened to the tv (since it was a newer tv) and he explained that his kid threw something at the screen thus damaging the tvAfter placing on the scale, it read lbs and the total would be $He decided that it was not enough for the tvHe told my associate that he wanted to take it backHe did not pick up his tv and we had other customers to tend with, so they placed it on a dolly for him to takeHe came back yelling that we damaged his tvI explained to him that, "he was the one who brought this to our facility to get recycled because the tv was damaged." He explained that he could have gotten it fixed, so in response I told him, "what would you want me to do? you brought in a tv to get recycled because it was broken." After no response from him, he walk out, and I assume he called his wife/girlfriendWhen she arrived she was yelling and very upset and threating to call the policeI told her that the tv was already broken and this is a electronic recycling facilityAfter some more yelling from her, I told her to go outside and wait for the police
I read reviews online of this place and I thought I could go in to sell my Plasma tv and get an estimateI was at work but my husband offered himself to take the tvSo he went in at he called me and said they were only giving him $dollars for itThe tv was completely almost new but we were trying to get rid of it because we bought a new oneWell I told my boyfriend I rather sale it onlineSo when he went back in to get the tv, they had dropped it and broke the whole screenI got off my job to go claim and the owner refused to pay for the damage they had doneHe kicked me out of the place and I threatened them to sue for bad serviceThe guy started scream at my face almost wanting to play punch meI respectfully told him to calm down and decided to just walk awayAnd I just told him this was not going to stay this wayPlease advise!

asked what happened to the tv (since it was a newer tv) and he explained that his kid threw something at the screen thus damaging the tv. After placing on the scale, it read 42 lbs and the total would be $1.26. He decided that it was not enough for the tv. He told my associate that he wanted to take it back. He did not pick up his tv and we had other customers to tend with, so they placed it on a dolly for him to take. He came back yelling that we damaged his tv.
