To Whom This May Concern,This clients document preparation service that he has ordered was fully rendered. His documents where filed twice. The first time we filed the court documents the court lost our payment and failed to notify us or our client and the court decided to void the filing....

Once our client received a notice from he court that his filing has been voided we promptly went to court and filed his claim Again for no charge as the client did not want to pay for this error as it is not our mistake or error it was the courts. So as a professional company which we care about our clients and do our best to keep them happy we paid out of pocket for the serving fees and did not charge the client. We did our best to reinstate the matter as the same case number and all but we were unable to do so. Also this client says we have disappeared well that is not true we have not disappeared. Also once we re-filed his claim in to court we notified his of his court date. We also later found out that we have moved out of state from California to New York with our notifying us. As of this moment all services have been rendered and we are unable to provide any sort of refund as we have lost money on this clients filing already as we have put money our of our pockets to keep this client satisfied but as you see the client is still looking to get free work and legal service. This is not professional nor is it legal to commit fraud and lie about a company which has provided its full services to the client and more. I have evidence that supports each and every claim I have made against your "compa**", which I have included in a document.  
For starters, you have claimed that you sent the proper documentation to the courthouse, but failed to mention that you sent it to the wrong court house.  You sent it to a courthouse that only deals with traffic and juveniles.  Also, you claim that you paid out of pocket, but failed to mention that you forgot a stamp, which is why it was returned in the process.  You didn't pay for a**thing, not even a stamp to send to the correct court.
After this, you said you would get a new court date, but mysteriously disappeared once you had my money.  I called constantly but nobody answers the phone and even emailed you messages without responses (which I will also add for documentation).  
You claim that services were rendered because I moved?  What difference does it matter that I moved back home to **NYC?  I can still go to small claims court in San Diego, CA, which you said was okay (again, I have those emails to prove it), however, you never scheduled a court date and did not contact me.
If you are claiming to be a legitimate legal firm, you would know that slander is a false spoken statement and libel is written; however my claims are true, factual and above all I have the evidence to support everything I am claiming here. You can threaten me as much as you want, and when someone immediately retorts with threats and name calling, that is typically from someone that has a lack of evidence to support their claim and resorts to childish actions of name calling. I want my money back because I paid for a service that you did not render in any way, shape or form, again, I have evidence to prove this.  You claim you are a real company, then show us the proof?  Show us all those people whose claims were actually processed with accurate names and dates.
If you actually rendered your services than why did I never receive a court date through your company?

When we spoke to the court and they were not able to provide us with the same date so they had to give us a new one so your new court date is 07/09/2015. San Diego Court somehow is claiming differently from our bank with filings they processed at the start of the New Year.

How are you? Thanks again for your help in this matter. I have uploaded some documents: 3 pages of the initial Mossy Ford Inspection, 5 Pages of the problems they found, the work they did, etc, and 5 photo's taken by the mechanics at Mossy Ford, because Quality Auto Group said Mossy Ford was lying and that the transmission had not been modified. 
I also have a few more pages from Mossy Ford, which included other work I needed on the car. Also, please let me know if you need a copy of my warranty, or a** paperwork I have from Quality Auto Group. I will sign the documentation you sent and get it back to you tomorrow:)
