I called this business to receive a copy of my federal tax return a woman told me "we are not issueing them now, I asked why, she said because we aren't" When lead me to call them is I tried to receive it through the IRS on the web, it says they have no information for my return I need a copy of this for my Homeowner's Tax Credit Program in Maryland AS the deadline for this program was I am in need or need to find out if my taxes were filed I have a print out saying my fed return was e-mailed and state return was sent to the irs on @10:A.M

This is the worst service for tax return ever I always used [redacted] should have never used this oneThe IRS sent my funds one the [redacted] of February and its the [redacted] and still no moneyNever had to wait this long with [redacted] Their service says FASTEST REFUND EVER ! Bull never had this problem with [redacted] ***!

The company advertises FREE quick and easy phone support I paid $on for tax serviceMy taxes did not go through to the IRS I redid the AGI and the addressThey did not go through againSeveral attempts to contact the company asking them to call me resulted in a robo email back to meI have called my credit card company cancelled my card so they could not tag on another chargeThey are a fraudI am worried my social security number has been compromised with this company They tell me they can not calll me because I am a "FREE" customer and did not pay My credit card company has the charge on 3/ [redacted] on my card

I read the reviews for EzTax Return and had a few reservations but I have to say I am pleased with the results thus farI had to submit two questions, one was answered within an hour or so and the other question, to my surprise was answered within a minuteMy federal filing was free as stated and I only had to pay $for stateEasy to follow and input

I found EzTax Return.com software truly easy to use and was very satisfied with e-filing through them

I filed an online tax return with EZTax and used their softwareI mailed the return with my payment to the IRSThey failed to include a in the return, which, when I posted it into the software, it was correctThe amount in box 16a on the tax return does not include this I have contacted this company asking for this to be corrected
Whether or not this will affect the amount due IRS, I do not know

Business refuse to give refund for incomplete serviceService was not completed, my paperwork was not efile, but because my payment information was accepted they said the contract was fulfilledThey said I could print out the paper and send it myselfThe payment was for efile services, which was never completedI requested a refund because I found another company cheaperThat company completed and filed my taxes with the IRS, not EZTaxreturn

I filed my federal tax return and they charged me for itI qualify for free file but was charged because they said I used the wrong link to get thereI went to the site, logged on as an existing customer, and filed the same way I have been doing for many years

Same complaints as others here Very misleading on the State filing charges/fees My son (first time filer) ended up not filing the State with them, however I’m sure many get through the State process, give up and pay the Looking at the number of others who were confused by the pricing model, I’d say it was a feature not a bug

This is my 3rd year using this online company to file my taxes, and I think the process is VERY EASY and EFFICIENTI filed yesterday and received confirmation that the IRS accepted the return within a few hoursHowever, this was the first year that I experienced what another reviewer described as far as getting to the end of the process and asked to pay $in order to fileThe issue isn't with this company, the IRS SHOULD STATE THAT, IN ORDER TO USE THE SERVICE AT NO COST, YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH THE IRS LINK TO THE COMPANY TO GET THE FREE SERVICE This omission is on the part of IRS, not ezTaxReturnAfter accessing the website through the IRS link, I was able to use the service to file at no cost I'll definitely use them in the future Thank you, ezTaxReturn!

I tried another online-service tonight using same exact entries and it showed a $difference in a refund I was shocked and of course I verified all numbers and realized yours left off my EITC and left out line completely I ended up doing my own via the irs.gov website I wasted lots of time by trusting that your service would help me get best refund Not only did I loose with your online filing, I had to file an amended form tonight that's now going to postpone payment 8-weeks Thanks but no thanks!

was going to use their free online tax e file services from *** site, but decided,not to use them but cannot delete all my personal info including SS number Tried to delete info but site won't allow Try to use contact link, but not allowed to use I want all my personal info deleted

Was directed to this site from IRS.gov 's FREE File page Very misleading as after I entered all my personal information, I was told it was going to be $70! $70!!!! to file my taxes Now they have all my personal information
