I have read their response and I disagree I was promised days in our contract, I called and called and still nothing I asked to do pay per click while I was waiting for their services to boost my business on google which I paid So to date, I have paid the initial and then a month of pay per click for totaling $ I originally was going to do months of pay per click but because I didn't see any results from it I decided to not do a second month I later discussed my situation with the person who designed my website only to learn that in order for Pay per click to work, you need to have it linked to your website We discovered it was not linked to my website The Website being developed by EZ to Use wasn't completed at that time so it was linked to theirs either So I and the designer of my website added my google ad campaign and linked it to my website Also, to be an effective campaign it needs to be linked to something that can measure impressions which their website wasn't even developed nor did I have any thing current on my website that could track the impressions done for the pay per click I was told by their rep that it was added to the listings that they did for me Doesn't even make sense So I believe I have paid more than enough for work that wasn't done! They couldn't even make the 90th day of their standard contract terms After the 94th day of not hearing from anyone I decided I no longer was needing their services because I can't keep checking in with everyone to find out when the work will be completed This is what I hired the company to do for me So I don't believe they have been more than fair I shouldn't have to call to get results of my pay per click or keep asking about the work they promised in days Also, they claim they sent me an email in October with an attachment to view the website they developed (this is after I said I no longer need their services and inquiring) I told them I never received an email from their company It was only after I said I no longer needed their services that all of a sudden they said an email was sent in October It was the middle of November when I called As a business, if I sent an email to my client and didn't hear back from them in a week or two, I would follow up with that client to see if they received it or had any questions or comments regarding the email Wouldn't you follow up with the client? Over a month or longer went by from the time they claimed they sent the email to when I called and said I was no longer in need of their services All of sudden, the website was done and email was supposedly sent which I never received until a couple days after I made the call Don't you think you should have called me? If there was ever an email sent, which I don't believe there was, don't you think as a company you should've followed up if you didn't hear from me In conclusion, I feel this was not good service and they did not meet their obligations of the contract The term "Breach" comes to mind So I didn't cancel with them, they failed to complete the contract I do not owe any money I feel I was taken advantage of and would like a full refund for services they claim to have provided but did not

I am attaching documents that show the clients pay per click was linked to her existing site and was running for one month. The stats are attached. At this time we stand behind our response with one change. I have credited the remaining $this client owes for the LLC which will stop immediately This client is never going to be happy with anything we did/or do on her behalf. She seems to have told us different reasons as to why she wanted to stop her work. The client signed a contract that set in motion expenses that we incurred. There will be no refund of money to this client. We have $that was paid to outside vendors for the call measurement number and Pay per click. The remaining amount that we collected does not begin to pay for the amount of time we have put into this client.I hope that the response that is made public is inclusive of the work and effort we put into this client.I am attaching the pay per click information and the LLC Local Listing Claiming, that has been done to this pointI have also attached a statement on account showing a zero balances

theywanted to cancel. We let the client out of the remaining part of their contract Weadjusted their billing to reflect being compensated for the work that had beencompleted to that point and the remainder of the local listing claiming.

I have read their response and I disagree.  I was promised 40 days in our contract, I called and called and still nothing.  I asked to do pay per click while I was waiting for their services to boost my business on google which I paid 399.00.  So to date, I have paid the initial 364.58 and then a month of pay per click for 399.00 totaling $763.58.  I originally was going to do 2 months of pay per click but because I didn't see any results from it I decided to not do a second month.  I later discussed my situation with the person who designed my website only to learn that in order for Pay per click to work, you need to have it linked to your website.  We discovered it was not linked to my website.  The Website being developed by EZ to Use wasn't completed at that time so it was linked to theirs either.  So I and the designer of my website added my google ad campaign and linked it to my website.  Also, to be an effective campaign it needs to be linked to something that can measure impressions which their website wasn't even developed nor did I have any thing current on my website that could track the impressions done for the pay per click.  I was told by their rep that it was added to the listings that they did for me.  Doesn't even make sense.  So I believe I have paid more than enough for work that wasn't done!  They couldn't even make the 90th day of their standard contract terms.  After the 94th day of not hearing from anyone I decided I no longer was needing their services because I can't keep checking in with everyone to find out when the work will be completed.  This is what I hired the company to do for me.  So I don't believe they have been more than fair.  I shouldn't have to call to get results of my pay per click or keep asking about the work they promised in 40 days.  Also, they claim they sent me an email in October with an attachment to view the website they developed (this is after I said I no longer need their services and inquiring).  I told them I never received an email from their company.  It was only after I said I no longer needed their services that all of a sudden they said an email was sent in October.   It was the middle of November when I called.  As a business, if I sent an email to my client and didn't hear back from them in a week or two, I would follow up with that client to see if they received it or had any questions or comments regarding the email.  Wouldn't you follow up with the client?  Over a month or longer went by from the time they claimed they sent the email to when I called and said I was no longer in need of their services.  All of sudden, the website was done and email was supposedly sent which I never received until a couple days after I made the call.  Don't you think you should have called me?  If there was ever an email sent, which I don't believe there was, don't you think as a company you should've followed up if you didn't hear from me.  In conclusion, I feel this was not good service and they did not meet their obligations of the contract.  The term "Breach" comes to mind.  So I didn't cancel with them, they failed to complete the contract.  I do not owe any money.  I feel I was taken advantage of and would like a full refund for services they claim to have provided but did not.

EZToUse.com sales rep came in to our business to sell us advertising space. After being told not once, but twice, in front of 2 people in our office that our color ad would place FIRST in our field, we signed our contract. Were quite dismayed once the book came out in print that not only were we not first but were dead last in the section. Then if that wasn't bad enough, instead of our name being printed properly as VLD Electric, which indicates we are ELECTRICIANS, they printed it as VLD....so no indication what type business we are. They were quick to accept our check and didn't deliver on any of their promised advertising. They deny ever telling us we'd be the 1st listing and wouldn't refund any money because we "signed the contract". Yes, we signed the contract for advertising but no where on their "contract" does it state where our ad would be placed. That aspect of the "deal" was verbally explained.....like I said TWO TIMES! When told that their sales rep lied we were met with hostile indignation of how dare we accuse the rep of lying. I guess for EZToUse.com what ever it takes to close a deal before deadline they will do no matter the lies needed to be told. We have 1 sales rep denying she lied to multiple people in our company. Hmmmmmm, multiple people corroborate what the sales rep told them but there's complete denial on their part?????

I have used this firm for my business ad for several years. This year I noticed that my business ad was in the wrong category. I called their Roanoke VA office and was offered no explanation, no help, and only "we did what your contract said to do". I emailed as well as called but to date my EZToUse rep has not responded either. A total waste of my advertising funds paid to this company. I would give a zero rating but that is not allowed here. I also told them that a negative review would be posted if I did not hear from them. I did not so here it is. Frankly, there are no really good phone book companies left. Avoid this one.

Review: I hired the company to boost me up on google by SEO to my website. The contract was for 40 days to get setup. In the meantime, we did pay per click advertising for two months. After the first month of advertising, I didn't see any results and said to discontinue the second month. I paid the initial sign up fee of 364.58 with the understanding of being up and running in 40 days. I also paid 399.00 for Pay Per Click which I didn't receive any inquiries for my business. I had to follow up with this company several times to get information, reports for the pay per click and after 90 days which is their standard contract I told them I wanted to discontinue my business with them due to the fact that they didn't deliver what they promised and I was spending more time following up with them. I do not get called back when I asked for a refund and now I am receiving billing statements for money they say I owe them. I am looking to have them refund 100% of the money I paid them.Desired Settlement: 100% refunded
