First and foremost, *** ** Pro is not a customer of ours. This was sold through a partner of ours, ** ***, so really this complaint and refund request should go to them. I have attached a copy of our invoice to ** ***, where you will see that the order was significantly
marked up before selling to *** ** Pro. With that said, we did work on this issue and it was determined that the issue is not with our software. The issue is with incompatability with the end user’s Service Provider. Recommendation was made to switch service providers. That recommendation was not accepted by *** **. At that point our hands were tied. We recommended a resolution but it was refused
