not fully recovered. There were also other customers I have been dealing with on the same issue and they all seem to understand and do not accuse me of making excuses. They asked me in June would I be interested in dong the job which I indicated yes. Then I received an email from the customer asking for the money back because they have some plumbing issues.If I was wrong in one way I would have to say I should have cancelled the contract earlier and refunded the money faster. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
