Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Tony, at Cincinnati Welding never told us he didn't want to do the work In fact, he only said it was a small job and he generally does much bigger and more sophisticated work so he would have to charge me $ I don't recall Tony asking or having me sign a waiver of release Please ask Tony to send us a copy of this signed release if that is his position Tony already said he was at fault, he apologized for their mistake and that he would refund the money I provided the same in writing to the Revdex.com yet almost a year later he hasn't done so and remains unavailable I prefer to settle this matter amicably with the support of the Revdex.com, rather than make this a legal matter Respectfully,***
We are in the process of refunding the customer ($600.00) and this will be issued at the end of February.We regret this has happened but unfortunately we have had one of our employees injured and he is unable to work Again, we apologize.Anthony M***
I will be back in Cincinnati at the end of June/beginning July and will get a hold of him and remedy the situation to his satisfaction
