Good afternoon, In response to the above complaint:We do have a company policy that we require a hour notice once we receive the redemption release from the client to redeem the vehicle back to the makerIn that time we review the clients release and compile all the requested documents and
calculate the fees due the maker according to the redemption releaseThe fees are standard per client, ** *** should have also been advised of this information by his lending institution as well When ** *** called into our office he was advised of the hour notice as well as the fee schedule. When we repossess a vehicle the personal items are removed from the unit, there is a itemized list taken of the personal effects and reported to the lending institution along with the other required information and documentsThe personal effects are stored in bags/boxes labeled by name, date as well as the last of the vin number of the unitWhen ** *** came to redeem his vehicle there was no mention of any damage in anyway nor items being scattered about the truckWe have all debtors sign forms individually of the condition of the vehicle, personal property, as well as fees, during any of this process none of this was mentioned to our employee In terms of the receipt for the cash, we do offer a receipt upon request. ** *** was charged the correct amount of fees at the time of redemption, ** *** was also aware of the fees as well as the breakdown prior to the appointment to redeem the vehicleFor these reasons we do not feel as if a refund is warranted.Thank You

Our office contacted the auction before the vehicle arrived to their facility and the auction removed the personal items from the vehicleOur agent had inventoried, boxed and labeled the items however the items were left in the unit by mistake. Fassumed full responsibility for the
mistake and funded car rental, hourly wages as well as additional funds to *** *** to settle this matter. Thank you so much for your patienceIf there is anything further that you need from us, please let me know.Have a good day! *** *** *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ***1, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I didn't say that there were females in the redemption yard I said in the OFFICE! The ladies that answer the phone. And to be clear I DID document the damages on the same sheet of paper that I sign to have the vehicle released to me that I noticed at the time that I picked up my vehicle. The gentleman who came to my house DID smokeI witnessed him throw cigarette butts in my yard while I was on the phone with the bank that HE asked me to call. While I was in the vehicle I wrote down the mileage on my vehicle and when I picked it up days later there were an additional miles added to my vehicle. The gentlemen that came to my house to repo my car couldn't get their truck in my driveway so he (the gentleman who smokes) backed my car out of my driveway. Also, its funny that from my house to the repo yard is about miles My carpet was wet in both the front in the driver and back on the passenger side and smelled like urine. How would you know FOR SURE if my windows were up and no one smoked in my vehicle??? *** is located in bluefield and my car was in charlestonDid she come here personally and inspect the vehicle? Probably not! So don't assume.
Regards,
*** ***

F5 Investigation didn't collect any fees at all from [redacted]. When this unit was redeemed to the Maker the unit was released from our storage lot and there are no females that work out of F5 storage locations. The agent that secured this unit doesn't smoke, I'm not sure why the unit would of...

smelled like cigarette smoke or why a cigarette was said to be laying in the maker's yard. When we repossess a vehicle, all of the personal items are removed from the vehicle and a complete inventory list is completed and submitted to the client along with a condition report and pictures of the repossessed unit. There was no damage to the vehicle that wasn't there prior to the repossession and no damage or complaints were made at the time of redemption of the said vehicle. The windows were up and we didn't drive the vehicle at all, it was towed to our lot where the Maker also redeemed the vehicle. If there is anything further needed, please let me know I will be glad to help with any information needed.Thank you very much for your time and help, Have a great weekend   [redacted] [redacted], General Manager[redacted] PresidentF-5 Investigation Inc.
