[redacted] is inaccurately reporting tradeline on debt which they refuse to validate. Contacting [redacted] and trying to speak to their management did not provide me with any resolution. Asked to have: (1)copies of original written contract; (2) payment history (3) billing statement(s);(4) date of last activity; (5) name of agencies who purchased said debt. I was told by supervisor that "No records were available to them" and subsequently that none were available to me. When I informed [redacted] that I was alerted of a recent reporting from their company (dated 3/25/14) the supervisor stated that she was unsure of why that occurred. She also referred me to their collection agency who purchases charge-off accounts. They have also not been able to furnish any copies of the original written contract, bill of sale, payment history showing date of last activity, or any supporting documents to validate debt. TransUnion was also contacted and I was informed that the original creditor recently verified debt as belong. This shows that debt is being verified by both the original creditor and collection agency electronically, but without the proper documentation to validate such a claim. Please investigate this matter. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and my state laws have been referenced and reviewed. These items are currently disputed.
