Review: The company was hired to replace my driveway. My original driveway was not only in extremely poor condition, but had not been properly graded. After inspection, a complete removal, re-grading and then re-paving was recommended, and that is what was agreed upon, in addition to some minor changes to curbing. The job started on the promised day, and except for a 1-day delay caused by some unexpected problems discovered on excavation, seemed to go well. On final inspection, we found that the curbing changes we had requested hadn't been done and there seemed to be some grooves in places caused by the roller. However, this was at the peak of autumn leaf-fall, so the driveway was covered with leaves at the time. They returned and fixed the curbs the next day and promised to return and fix the grooves. We made the mistake of giving them the final payment at that time. The next day it rained and with the wind and rain we found the entire top of the driveway in front of our triple garage had multiple highly visible grooves from the roller. But the bigger problem was that there was a depression at the bottom of the driveway causing a huge puddle across the entire width. We sent photos to F&G and were told they would be back the next day. Workers came and unsuccessfully worked on the grooves, then left without speaking to us. Nothing was done about the puddle. There have been multiple calls and emails to them with over the last 3 weeks with only an occasional response from a secretary promising that some one would get back to us. No one has. We're worried about having a dangerous icing problem this winter if this is not fixed soon.Desired Settlement: The bottom of the driveway needs to be regraded to direct the water to the street. In addition the top needs to be smoothed out.
