Review: Contractor agreed to perform 3 jobs back in September 2013. Contractor took $100 for materials, but never bought materials or completed the 3 jobs. I have emailed, texted, and phoned the contractor no less than a dozen times in the last 3 months in attempts to get him to complete the jobs, but contractor has never returned my communications or completed the jobs.Desired Settlement: Refund $100 taken for materials.
