This complaint is from my family and I and *** ***, which is my son who has been going in person about the matter and also calling as well He is the one that we have been supporting and placed money into the hands of this companyHe called a couple of days around Christmas was given the
same run around from ***, please help us he has a baby and when the money was first paid and given to the shop this was express to them she was only months old then, now years old, still no car out in the cold with no transportation trusting in that company, constantly misleading.Thank you,Revdex.com

I purchased November Dodge Caravan and I put $down.It was advertised that it comes with safety and emissions included.I went to get it registered and the admissions wasn't valid and was expiredI contacted the dealership and I paid *** *** from FDS to run a diagnostics and codes said I basically needed a tune upHe supposedly fixed the issueI went to get it tested again at another shop and the codes came back upI contacted *** and showed him all about it and he ended up refunding me the full amount for the work he didI kept putting money into it to get the codes offI tried to get a waiver, but I didn't qualifyI contacted him about it and he basically told me it was all on me to fix itI am now stuck with a car that still has codes, with no plates because it won't pass emissionsI am now being charged late fees

I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu February 19, for $I brought in payments for days until it was paidThe Malibu is a secondary vehicleTwo months ago I took the paperwork to the DMV to get it licensed, but was told I needed the title.  I called F D S for the title, but now I'm told I owe a $balance

TOTAL RIPOFF....stole a car of our family that they promise to fix and have documents that we paid upfrontPlayed games for months on returning it , then they were trying to get money to fix it when they are a company that should have honestly taken the money that was paid to them by us to do that in the first place,then suddenly their shop burns down at the previous location with the car in it that they had months before this occurred kept calling was played off talking about their insurance coverage, now totally lying and refuse to refund money....sadly trusted this company however they gained money for their shop and the car which belongs to me including others got paid off of it, now have open up a new shop in the county with some of the claim money that should have been distributed to us and our family car with NO HEART at all for us to have no vehicle..and they have a new shop based on dishonesty and liesat others cost for them to gain

I have agents from my company that sell vehicles. The lady did not come to FDS to purchase the vehicle. I do not see why she would have to pay $500. She can contact me directly ([redacted]) and I will try to help her with this matter. [redacted], owner

response because:I have tried to call multiple times and text and it hasn't got anywhere with them. We goin back and forth over a title that's legally mines. I feel as tho I'm gettin taking advantage of cus I'm young. I have gotten tickets because my car hasn't been registered still because I don't have a title. I'm a single mother of 3 and I have to get us back and forth to school and work hoping not to get ticketed again. I have also ame out of money to fix the vehicle that was promised would get fixed after I purchased it. I still haven't got that done so I had to get it fixed myself coming out of more money. All I want is my title but it seems as tho I can't get what is owed to me
