Had no heat in house called f Di Giacomo delt with John he was nice when I first spoke to him then after he pulled the permits for the job his attitude changed there were a couple question asked by the town and propane company they needed to know he was so horrible to my wife I thought this had to be a different person I kinda felt like I had to use him he pulled permits with the holidays coming up I had to get heat in my house I have babies to think about so continued with his service he sent two guys to do the propane lines in my house by 4 there tools broke they didn't bring the right tools for the Job mind you I'm paying 200 dollars an hours which is excessive they didn't even get the pipes completed in the basement I felt like they were milking me by there progress I had to pay them there 1500 he also charged me for materials on top of the hourly still have no heat I felt like he used my situation with my kids and my house with no heat to take advantage of me I would never recommend him I got him off of [redacted] I'm also going to be writing a review there also was suppressed at his Revdex.com rating because dealing with him and how I and my family were treated it's crazy my propane company after I told them what happend gave me a realiable plumber
