in to our Alpine location and had a oil change service. Our tech held the door up with a zip tie and sent Howard on his way. There was no bolt in the oil door to hold it closed. Later I heard Howard was unhappy so I called him immediately I want our customers  happy. So after a quick call we talked and I told Howard I would just order a brand new oil door from the dealer and just take care of it at n/c to him. He was very very happy and tried to remove his Revdex.com complaint. Then he called back and said he could not, since then he has been in and we installed the new oil door and n/c and he is very happy.    Thank you [redacted] (Owner F&F Tire World)
