Signed the lease on Dec 5th 2014, on July 27, 2015, I received an email to vacate dated for 60 days (Sept 30, 2015). My lease isn't up until November 30th 2015. We called F&G, and asked why we had to leave before I lease expired, we were told that the homeowner didn't have to give a reason. Prior to this notice we were only late twice, once in May (paid on the 10th) and once in July (Paid on the 8th)
